This location has gotten too busy. Drive thru took 25 minutes on a Saturday morning before 9am.

Not a good location to come to, unless you like to wait in line, repeat your order, then wait for your order to come out an hour later. Probably because this may be the one other Starbucks in this growing town. I usually make my orders right on the app so I can skip the line and walk straight to pick up. I often get annoyed stares from customers waiting in line … ‘Who the heck is this guy walking straight to pick up and getting his drink … We have been waiting here for hours…’ That’s when I flash my phone … ‘Online order … Don’t worry I’m not cutting in line… Using the app to order ahead!‘ However, even if I order on the app … I have to wait for my order for a while. Well any who, I always order the same thing, depending on my mood I switch the size from tall to grande or vice verse. I always order the dark roast, regular amount of soy, shot of espresso, and a pump of toffee. I usually come to this location when I’m passing through to visit my company’s suppliers and warehouse. There are many ways they can improve the efficiency for this location and quality they produce. The baristas seem to be unorganized … And do not know how to make drinks properly. Every time I’ve been to this location my coffee doesn’t taste like it should. Coffee taste burnt, no slight sweetness or nuttiness from the toffee, no smoothness from the soy :( They definitely have room to improve … Please improve.

Slowest Starbucks in the Western world. Had to wait a good 15 minutes in the drive through to find my order wasn’t even ready, despite the fact they had at least 3 – 4 other drinks waiting on some unknown patron(s) behind me. When it finally came it was just thrust out the door at me, no «sorry about the wait» or even«kiss my butt». Awful wait coupled with a customer no service experience. While a frequent Starbucks customer, I’ll give this location a pass from now on. They don’t value their customers business enough to warrant my time and dollars. That said, my drink was good. I guess that earned them the one star.

This Starbucks location is very convenient to I 85 which was helpful on my road trip due to I didn’t have to drive too far to get a «pick me up». I decided to get a caramel flan latte, but I was disappointed to find out that they didn’t have anymore syrup for that beverage, so I quickly chose a regular Caramel latte with toffee nut syrup. It was good yet I felt as if they put a little too much syrup in my latte due to the fact that it was very sweet and I don’t like that taste. This was my first time at this location, so I’m not going to judge them off of one visit so most likely I will return again if I’m in the area. Their overall customer service was great though

I have visited this Starbucks before without complaint however today’s service is so slow and lackadaisical that I am moved to review. There have been no less than 8 customers waiting in line since I walked in the door and only two have received their orders in the 20 minutes I am sitting here. Seem unreasonable? I admit, there is a constant flow of traffic in the drive-through however I’ve experienced better service during higher traffic times. Time: 1:30pm

The coffees were good but we had to repeat ourselves multiple times and it literally took us 35 – 40 minutes to get 2 drinks. Unbelievable and unacceptable! It is perfectly located right off an intersection however due to the location one would assume they would be better trained. We will not be stopping at this Starbucks in the future in our drives to and from Atlanta

Well it was well staffed, numbers wise! Only saw 1 name tag, crystal, which it seemed was very put out getting my oatmeal, and when I asked for the fixings for traditional was handed/thrown nuts and sugar, when I asked for the dried fruit it was very difficult for her to throw that at me with a snotty attitude, like are you fricken done yet? I went to get a managers card and there were none displayed, then asked for one and was told hmmmmm idk! Another drive thru and college town! DISAPPOINTED! Again not a good representation of a premier organization !

I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for over twenty years. This store needs new management. There is always a line inside and at the drive through. Not because they are busy but because the staff lacks focus and proper training. They should all get sent to a a NYC store to see how it’s done. Manager included if upper management is not willing to replace them. Not helping the brand here folks. If I had another choice I would go to a different location. Still waiting for my drink btw.

Yesterday was the second time I asked for my money back because the staff here is super slow! I waited 30+ minutes for a Grande Iced Black Coffee– NOCREAMNOSUGAR. The cashier was rude and lazy. There was no one in line to take orders and he just stood around twiddling his thumbs. When I asked how much longer he told me don’t you see the line? Well if he sees a line too why not go help instead of staring at the wall. Thanks Starbucks for a start to a crappy morning.

I visited lots of Starbucks but not happy with this one. Waited for 20 min only to have them tell me they did not have de-caf made. I could not wait and longer. Somewhat upsetting to go into a coffee shop and they tell you they don’t have any coffee.

This is a nice Starbucks. Right off of I-85. It is in the Tiger Town shopping area and very visible from the highway. There is outdoor seating and a drive thru. A nice seating area inside. You get everything you want from a good Starbucks. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I love the location of this Starbucks, however that’s the only thing positive I can say. Every time I go through the drive thru, something goes wrong. Either I get a hot drink instead of a cold one, they charge me for espresso shots I didn’t order, or they conveniently up charge me in some other way. Not to mention the countless times I’ve had to tell them NOT to put whipped cream on my soymilk drink, which I’ve never had to do at any other Starbucks. As a large chain, I realize these issues seem trivial but it’s enough for them to lose me as a customer. The management is lacking, as well. Ive never gotten so much as a «I’m sorry» from anyone there. Details are important. From a specialty coffee shop such as Starbucks, I expect more. Thank God Auburn/Opelika has a wide range of other options for coffee.

Roomy, comfy and friendly staff. Most drive through locations are extremely crowded and this one is as well during peak hours. But which starbucks isn’t these days. Nice atmosphere inside with high ceilings and 5 comfortable leather chairs to sink into. Convenient access off freeway exit with multiple restuarants nearby.

This starbucks is prime for its location. Right off the exit from the interstate, it’s perfectly positioned for the weary traveler hoping to refuel on some caffeine for their extensive journeys or visits. While seating is not abundant, I typically don’t struggle in trying to find a place to read or enjoy some free wifi. Starbucks has also always done a pretty magnificent job of staying on top of their menu with delictable choices. With that being said, it is nothing too extraordinarily different than any other starbucks. I always push for local, if you’re in the area try the Overall Company, or Mama Mochas. But this starbucks ain’t too shabby.

Perfectly located off the highway. I found it difficult locating a Starbucks in the area; I am used to seeing them more regularly, like every major corner. So I was thrilled to see how convenient this one was as I was getting on the road to head back to NC. It was clean, well stocked, and speedy. The employees were attentive and friendly. Way to go, Starbucks. Thanks for the latte and getting me on my way in a matter of minutes.

Oh joy! Oh rapture! Oh damn, there goes my diet. La Boulange has made it to Auburn! I tried their pastries two weeks ago in San Francisco and the barista told me they were working their way East. They have arrived! I had the amazing chocolate croissant. It is the perfect combination of crispy outer crust and buttery, tender insides wrapped around a piece of bittersweet chocolate heaven. The chocolate complements my caramel flan latte perfectly. These little beauties were easy to resist when they were on the other side of the country. Now it will be a lot harder — they are just down the street!

Prett nice Starbucks for getting coffee. They have indoor and outdoor seating. If you’re looking for a place to study, this place is OK. My laptop battery’s been dead for a few years now, so I unfortunately am always on the lookout for power outlets. There’s not too many of them inside and none outside. Mostly smaller tables on the inside, so not too much room to spread out.
