Was excited to try this resteraunt after seeing all the good reviews. But I was not impressed with the food or the service. We are on the 2 pm hour after Oma’s in cedar grove was already closed at 2 when we got there. Upon entering we saw five staff members chatting it up at the main dining bar and completely ignored us standing and then sitting. Minutes after I watched them finish their conversation we were greeted by our waitress. She was friendly but forgot my husbands soup and agreed that our appetizer wasn’t good because of the breading. The cheese curds were as hard as a rock and had no flavor in the breading. I ordered a meatloaf sandwich and it came bathed in so much gravy I had to scrape a good cup worth off. Once the gravy was removed my husband mentioned it looked like cat food. Obviously from a prepackaged wrapper. No flavor. No texture. I couldn’t finish and I didn’t want to take my leftovers home. My son ordered a turkey sandwich and his was also bathed in a bright yellow gravy. He mentioned the meat had no flavor. He also couldn’t finish. My husband ordered a rueben and also couldn’t finish. It had meat that tasted like ham and he complied it had no zing like a rueben should. Overall the resteraunt is clean and roomy but the menu is too big and food not flavorful. Will
Not be returning.

The eggs Benedict was outstanding, service was great. I would rate a 5 if they had good coffee.

There were quite a few breakfast items that looked really good like peanut butter banana pancakes. Service was friendly and prompt. Omelette included a large portion of pancakes. It’s one of those places you’ll go to again & again. Lots of menu options.

Always great food n great service she has been doing it right for 20 plus years love going there for breakfast or Friday fish n everything in between

I was very happy with the fast service and friendly wait staff. I just had a burger and fries, but it was very good tasting and reasonably priced.

My wife and I eat here at least once a week. OUTSTANDING! Great food, fast, friendly service, very reasonable prices. What more can you ask for?

Fast, fresh and good sized portions with great flavor and a served with a smile. Fairly priced, clean, with attentive wait staff. With a full house at 6:30AM on a Thursday, we had to wait for coffee refills and had to ask for the bill. Getting north through Milwaukee before rush hour puts Judi’s place in just the right location to stop for breakfast on our way north. Even though it’s a mile or so off of the highway, we will be returning very soon.

All I can say is DELICIOUS! Stopped in for breakfast and it was amazing. Everything was made to perfection, and the pancakes are to die for! Services was great as well. A must try for anyone in the area or driving by on I 43.

My friends talk about this place as it is a favorite stop as they head north. I had the pleasure about a year ago and I was impressed. Looking forward to an early dinner at Judi’s this evening! Gyro Platter, here I come!

Yes, and yum. Great place to stop on a drive from Wisconsin to Chicago. The brunch was great, service was awesome, prices were right, and they even serve Mimosas.

Love this place! I eaten there many times and never had a bad meal. I think you get huge portions for what you pay. They serve breakfast all day so if that is your thing. Your in luck! This place is a gem! Service is always great. My glass has never been empty and they have a great menu to make anyone able to find something they will like. They also run daily specials so check them out!

Stopped in for lunch and it was AWESOME! Best turkey club, made with fresh turkey. The chicken dumpling soup was delicious. I don’t live in this area but if I find myself here again I would make a point to stop. Nice job!

While driving up to Green Bay for a work trip we needed a place to stop for brunch. After checking Unilocal and seeing a few reviews we took a slight detour off the freeway into Oostburg for a late breakfast. It is a very cute and nicely decorated diner. Reminds you of grandmas house. The wait staff was very attentive and nice. The food was good and it was large servings, be prepared for lots of food. We were extremely full after our meal and ready to continue on our work trip.

Who would have guessed — in Oostburg! Easy parking in their lot or on the street. My waitperson was efficient and friendly. Food was excellent (and they offer beer). Prices are reasonable. Try to go when families and kids are not likely to show up.

This place is a little local gem, get the Gyro plate… who would of figured? There specials are also very good, had the club on my second trip and it was outstanding. The Ootburg bakery is just down the street, finish your visit off with a trip there.

I’ve never written one of these, but guess there is always a first. I would say Judi’s Place is one of the best restaurants in Sheboygan county serving home-​cooked meals in a friendly atmosphere. My husband actually prefers to eat there instead of home and we do so at least two times a week!
Portions are huge, tasty, hot and served faster then any restaurant I know. Don’t be surprised when you order two eggs and three appear. Today I went for a short stack of pancakes to keep the calories down and out came two dinner plate size pancakes and a small third cake. Is that what they mean by a short stack… that one just didn’t make it the same size as the others? Well it was so much that i couldn’t finish them, so I had to give it to my husband.
Don’t forget to check out the daily specials and homemade soups, because they are great! Our favorites are the lasagna, the ham and eggs, roasted chicken and spaghetti. I don’t think that you will be disappointed either with the food or staff.
The only reason why I gave them a four is that I firmly believe there may always be room for improvement, but I really don’t know how.
