I usually have a pretty good experience here. Inside the store is always clean and food is prepared fast. Same speed can be expected at the drive thru. We have never had a long wait here. I particularly like the salads here. I usually order the buffalo chicken salad. I recommend this place to eat.

Until about three weeks ago, I went about twenty years without eating chicken. Now that I’m hooked, my daughters told me that I had to try Zaxby’s.
Man, that grilled chicken blue salad was awesome! I wish I could afford to eat here a few times a week and try all the salads. I can’t wait for my next visit-​maybe tomorrow?

I come here when I can’t go to lunch with my friend. They have great service as they are very fast getting you your meal. Refills are free here as they have coke, lemonade and sweet tea as well as others.
My favorite meals to get here are the big zax snack and chicken finger plate. I just love that zax sauce as it taste so good.

Always good food, clean dining area, and good service. Typically any Zaxby’s I go into has good service as compared to other fast food restaurants. The Ooltewah location is the same as the others in that regard. The chicken platter is good and I really like the Texas toast. Overall good scores.
