We’ve been to this snoball stand a couple of times in the past month. We are fans of the real New Orleans style snoballs with the fine ice and condensed milk on top. This place is good enough for us. They offer cream for on top which is a good substitute for the condensed milk.
The hours aren’t very good as they’re only open until 8:30pm, even on Friday nights. Tonight we showed up at 8:24 and the guy gave us a hard time. After the second comment about how close we arrived to closing time, I decided there are plenty of other places around to get a sweet treat that would appreciate our business.
We still were out of his hair by 8:30 so he really should have kept his comments to himself.

Ahh the overly sweet taste of childhood! Brought the fam here to enjoy some shaved ice on a hot summer day and we all had a good time. It’s a good way to cool off! While I came here mostly for the kids, I won’t lie, I did indulge in some as well. They have quite a variety of flavors… I enjoyed the purple passion (passion fruit and blueberry).
Just a note: if you aren’t familiar with sno biz, don’t come here expecting real fruit or anything natural. This is the sweet artificial stuff we kids of the 80’s and 90’s grew up with!
