Food is consistent with other locations. Nothing about the service stood out to me. This location is small, but I was in and out with my order fairly quickly.

The girl at the cash register today 3÷23÷16 was very rude. Never coming back again.

I’m normally a big fan of Waba Grill. They’ve got good food. Unfortunately, today was disappointing. I got a chicken plate to go and half way through my meal at home, I find a LONG BROWN HAIR IN MY FOOD!!!
Obviously, I was pretty disgusted. I called Waba and told them of my issue. They apologized and Carolina offered to replace the order.
I appreciate the apology and kind offer, but if an establishment has poor standards; everything else becomes irrelevant.

Worst customer service I have encountered. I have ordered food on almost all of their shifts and I gotten attitude from the majority of employees there. A few of the other employees notice but fail to do anything about it. Last time I will come to this place

I stopped eating here because I preferred the quality of other teriyaki bowl places. Well tonight on my way home I thought I’d give it another chance. So I stopped by for a kids chicken/​beef bowl with brown rice and veggies with no sauce.
–Chicken was okay, I chewed some pieces of fat though which kinda grosses me out.
–The beef tasted fishy and had sauce on it. I really hope I don’t get sick. I don’t think the beef was fresh at all. I don’t believe any business should serve food they themselves wouldn’t feel comfortable eating.
— The rice (brown rice) was really hard. I know brown rice isn’t as soft as white rice, but it needed to be cooked a lot longer.
–The veggies were fresh and cooked perfectly but that was it.
Don’t waste your money and take a drive to a different teriyaki bowl spot. Maybe it’s just this location but I really won’t be to any other waba grill spot in a really long time. P. S if I get sick due to rotten meat I will be calling the better business bureau and the health department.

I loved Waba grill!!! I tried chicken bowl with teriyaki sauce and it was yummy! The green onions on the top were great too!!! Make sure you get extra sauce!

This place is just like flame broiler… in every sense.
The service is excellent and the place clean. You can order for here or to go and there is plenty of parking.
for a healthier touch they also offer brown rice

This location isn’t too different than most when it comes to the food, your gonna get what you pay for.
What separates it, reason for me writing this short but sweet review, is the service provided by the associates. They’re welcoming, they have personality and you can tell they enjoy working with each other. Makes all the difference to the customer experience.

Its kool. serves is fast, casher is always chillin. makes it all chillin but still speedy if you get my flow. Never had a complain about this place. If your on the go this is a perfect place to stop by :)

Dirty bathroom! 10 bucks for lunch and didn’t even include a soft drink! this place blows…

Love this place, all very friendly and courteous. Fast service. I usually call to pick up my salmon bowl, because it takes a little longer to cook. But this is my first healthy choice, always! !!

I’ve always loved their food and never had issues at this restaurant until today! I noticed their tables were dirty and let’s not talk about the floor. FILTHY! This place was a mess this evening. I ordered 2 plates to go and when I got home my orders were wrong and I had sharp chicken bones in one of the plates. The two employees cooking seemed more interested in flirting and playing with each other than with the cooking and I know why my order was wrong when I got home. Don’t know if I’ll be returning to this location.

Always good! I would always call in my order! This place is always busy! Also why are we close Sunday?

This waba grill smells and stinks so bad like dirty floor and dirty rag, the food taste like I got the crap end of the stick.
This place gave me the stomach flu, I realized it was this place cause of all the bacteria in the air, once I thought about it and connected the dots man I wish I never ate here, I should of known, I wonder what’s there’s health grade, it’s has to be poor, i can’t stop using the restroom

I order number 18 half and half beef and chicken veggie bowl with avocado to go. It was after I picked it up and drove to run errands and opened it to eat it for lunch that’s when I saw there were no vegetables. I was not too happy they messed up on my order and I couldn’t drive all the way back to have them correct the wrong order. Very disappointed.

I stop here often before work, fast service, friendly staff. And most importantly FRESH!

The atmosphere of this waba grill is horrible. I mean I didn’t mind the crowded parking but inside was horrible, dirty. Plus I ordered the salmon veggie bowl but when I got it the salmon was super burnt n crisp n only a few veggies I’ve been to many waba grill but this one was the worst I’ve been to.

Food tastes good but its kind of gross in here. Dirty tables, front door glass. Even the bottom of the trays have sticky grease.

I try to eat healthy, and as we all know eating healthy on the go is pretty tough these days. With «healthy» options I’m pretty much usually stuck with subway, but then I found waba grill! With options like brown rice and chicken breast, no msg or frying in the cooking stages, this place is a gem for the health conscious person.
I ordered a chicken and veggie bowl. I substituted the rice for more veggies. The bowl was filling, flavorful and inexpensive.
I highly recommend this place, the service is friendly and fast, food tastes great what’s not to love !
