I went on a very busy weekend day a couple of weeks ago to get a couple pairs of the new $ 59 GoWalk shoes. They had a buy 1 pair, get the 2nd ½ off deal. I don’t normally browse or shop this store. I had a specific product in mind that I wanted & went straight to it. This location didn’t carry all the colors that the style came in, so I was a little disappointed. They also ran out of a certain size of a certain color I wanted. I got my shoes & was out of there. It gets cramped in there pretty quickly since the aisles are narrow. The employees are adequate regarding helpfullness/​friendliness.

We have spent 20+ minutes in the store, VISIBLY and after a while intentionally «lost», none of the 3 employees asked, if we needed any help (two ladies were chatting behind the counter, one was sitting on the rolling ladder and texting, while there were at least 4 other customers in the store other then ourselves). We haven’t asked for it, waiting for them to do something, but no luck. And no purchase either, despite we went there to spend $ 150+ on 3 pairs of shoes we picked earlier from their website. I honestly hope, they are not only paid hourly, they get commission too… This is exactly the way to lose a costumer, we never go back there again, this wasn’t the first time, they could have cared less about the costumers. Victoria Gardens is only a stone’s throw away, with the same deals, so thanks Ontario Mills’ Skechers, but no thanks.
