It’s to bad that such a good place is run so piss poor. Bought metal and had to wait 40min for them to pull it. Last time I’ll come here. Every time it’s worse. This is it.

I’ve been to Patton’s quite a bit and in general I love everything about it. They have everything you need to create what you want to create. Today, I realized further why I love this place… Excellent customer service. I’ve interacted with most everybody in there at some point and always spoke with knowledgeable staff. Today I interacted with Malena and it confirmed what I knew all along, Patton’s has superior customer service. Malena is awesome.
