Love it. Especially #2, #5, and The California Burrito. Our family loves Los Jalapeños and we would suggest it to anyone. Fantastic food. The green salsa is delicious as well. Friendly service.

I frequent this authentic Mexican place as I love the Cali burrito, fish burrito, chille rellino, any breakfast burrito. Also the red and green salad is pretty tasty.

The food is very good. The prices are reasonable. The service is average. But not a place to dine at because it’s too small to have tables and chairs. Get the food to go!

Good fish tacos. Even better on Thursdays when it’s on special for $ 1 each. Lots of other choices on the menu that will have to try next time. Service was fast and friendly.

I went for the good reviews and the fact that my brother recommended this place. To be honest I was not pleased. I ordered a fish taco and shrimp taco, I couldn’t tell which was what. It’s was covered in batter that was«over fried» greasy and not fresh. As of right now Señor bajas fish tacos are the way to go!

The carne asada sope plate wasn’t bad. It comes with rice and beans and the beans that day were pretty bland. I had to really salt them up to bring them back to life. The meal is good sized and for the price, it’s not bad at all. I wished they would have complimentary chips and salsa like other Mexican joints, but oh well. I think Fredy’s Tacos is still the place for me. Cheers!

I absolutely loved the chile relleno even though it had no sauce and the cheese enchiladas are very good as well.

Los jalapeños is my favorite. Im a vegetarian so I always go for the cheese quesadilla and potato tacos but that salsa bar is amazing. I get a little bit of each salsa. You can serve yourself so the portions are endless and it’s so good that they’ll never go to waste. This place gets 5 stars for that.

This place is overpriced for what you get. I have had better food out of a taco truck. It’s OK, but I only go here if there is a line at Subway.

I tried their fish and shrimp tacos and its a bum! Their fish taco is way better than del taco! This is a legit Mexican restaurant! I will definitely come back to taste their other tacos and burritos!

Good food, fast service, the salsas are super. Good place for a quick Mexican lunch, always a line at lunch time but worth the wait.

Favorite place for a Cali burrito! Taste very authentic and always get food to go. Service is fast and food serving is large. And you can’t go wrong with Cali burrito or carne Asada fries … MUSTTRY

This place is decent. We were going to an event at the Citizen’s Business Arena and Los Jalapeños was the only place(aside from Subway) that was nearby as the area is pretty much void of humans and businesses. Their chicken quesadilla and asada tacos are totally edible and cheap. Guacamole is only 50 cents but its a bit acidy. Not bad if you stick with the basics.

Gross! They are too cheap to give you real guacamole… its mixed with mostly sour cream. Taquitos were dry and tortillas tasted fishy. Chile relleno was cold. The place wasn’t too clean either. I will never go there again!

Food here is decent. They have a few items that push them over the top. The large all meat burritos are very filling and well priced. The worst part of this place is that they charge $.50 for using a credit card. This is illegal, but they still do it. If you are ever forced to pay a credit card fee please report the business to the attorney general and visa.

This spot was near our hotel so we decided to give it a shot since we were craving Mexican. Big mistake. The service was so-so and the food was worse. We ordered the carne asada tacos and the al pastor tacos which came with rice and beans. The al pastor was the only good thing out of the entire meal. The rice wasn’t that tender, the beans had little to no cheese and the carne asada wasn’t flavorful at all! My husband had to slather his taco in salsa to cover up the fact that it wasn’t seasoned. I couldn’t do it. I chunked my meal in the trash, mad that I wasted my time and money. Should’ve believed the other many negative reviews. My bad.

A solid go-to place for my chicken enchilada suiza fix. I have made my husband a believer. He has never been one to go outside of his comfort zone, his go-to spots for food. This definitely puts the pressure on for me. I’m pleasantly surprised that he’ll now, on occassion, suggest Los Jalapenos on a whim. For one, the menu itself is a great deal. You get close to a dozen of various combos for your choosing all for the same price; chicken enchiladas, chile relleno, soft or crunch tacos, chile verde, etc. Your choice of entrée includes a side of rice and beans and drink too. Don’t forget your horchata with your meal! Two, the hubster really enjoys their california burrito. Be sure to get it wet, he’s says! My kiddo loves their«orange rice» and they have a decent condiment/salsa bar for the killing. They also carry mexican coke and sangrial senorial — childhood favorites of mine. Some disappointments along the way, however were chewy machaca(stredded beef), and a sad looking, disproportionate fish taco. Other than that, a satisfying meal for under $ 15, plus 50 cents if using plastic. Note: Not sure if they still make fresh tortillas on the weekends but be sure to grab a banuelo for a sweet treat.
