Wow — we were sold a great story up front — but once «Chef Cody» had our deposit and the evening drew near, he did not return calls or communicate anything with us other than «it’s going to be fine» He assured us that our event (a wedding reception for 250 guests) was going to go as we had discussed. The night before the event (his first phone contact in 2 weeks) he shared that he would not be coming and that he was sending someone else to oversee it. Several of the hired staff did not show on time, and some never showed at all, which resulted in food portions running short and guests waiting extended periods of time. I had my guests setting out food and serving, as well as cleaning up. He was more than willing to refund the money paid for the hired staff — but that does not resolve the problem. When the lifeguard does not show up and your child drowns — do you want a refund for your service contract? The best part was that he had his staff seek final payment — in the middle of the event — while we had friends out purchasing food at the store… (he shared «your guests cannobilzed the salad» — of course they did — you provided no server for the portion control YOU promised) — and I shared with the staff that there were some «issues» that needed to be worked out — and from there, the staff literally stalked me all night. Chef Cody wants to talk to you (he wasn’t interested in coming to or supervising the event– but sure did want the money) On 4 occasions for ½ each time we discussed the issues — which could no longer be resolved, and all of this occurred in the middle of the wedding reception. LITERALLY. They brought a phone to me over and over and wanted me to call him. He was frustrated that I would not return his calls. RETURN HIS CALLS? Since when does a parent of a bride or groom bring a cell phone to a wedding reception — or out on the dance floor. Why would I need to call my caterer– he was expected to be there. Seriously!

I recently hired LamroN Custom Catering to provide my event with a faster style kinda food (meaning an on demand service as our employees have staggered breaks and lunches). with a wide variety of fresh options and home made sauces, Lamron provided use with generous and comparably priced portions with a «I’m here to please you «type of atmosphere. From salads with all the fixins to the 12 hour Texas style smoked pulled pork, shrimp tacos and french fries made to order, LAMRON will be our companies choice for catering needs for events to come.

Wow is how I have to start this review! Wow!
LamroN Custom Catering & Event Management provided the Rentals, Event managment, Custom Catering & Full Bar for my Best Friends wedding! This wedding was as elegant as they come and was so well run that you never would have known what went into the event! It was Fantstic! And as the Best Man, I would have assumed that I would have had a ton of work to do the day of… but NO! LamroN had already taken care of everything!
Wow! Again! Wow!
They have a Mobile Kitchen so were able to cook all the food on site and make everything fresh! All my Friend had to do was find a location that accepted outside caterers and LamroN did the rest! I know they dealt with the Fire Department, insurance, videographer, photographer, florist, everything!

It’s my pleasure to write a review for LamroN Custom Catering & Event Management! I’ve attended events where LamroN provided catering and finally used them for myself.
I have hired them for an garden engagement party with well over 60 people. The buffet was unbelievably delicious and was a combination of Asian and Southern (as in US southern food) cuisine! Between Pot Stickers (vegetarian and non-​veg) to the Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Korean BBQ, I can’t say enough about the compliments we received! Let me just say the food was FANTASTIC!
Our back yard became a lovely elegant Asian garden with Japanese lanterns, custom flower arrangements (bird of paradise center pieces), white and deep purple linens and table runners! Everything from the custom napkins to the lighting was AWESOME!
The Events Director, Stephen John was AMAZING! Their mobile kitchen pulled up and everything was fresh and kept coming out the same way.
With the Holidays upon us, ENGAGE THEM NOW!
Ask about their ice fruit bowls. It’s a tasty treat for the eyes!
