Kaiser Foundation Hospital Medical Ctr- Ontario

Wish I could give negative stars, but then they’d be black holes I guess. I understand that hospitals are busy and all, and I get the fact that if u go to any ER that wait time is expected. But last I checked hospitals are businesses and should have other things check for employees other than there practice. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN ANYWHERE. not only are they rude but they confuse the scrap out of everybody and everything. It was like having a pissy. Teenager (who was book smarter than me) try and help me. No straight answers, no real understanding of simple questions! I’m not kidding you when I say everyone who works here has some sort of social awkwardness (except amongst themselves). Oh and if your a dude who looks scruffy (it’s because I work at ups so I get dirty during work) expect to be questioned and followed by every security guard with 5 feet of you. No joke, go to the fontana Kaiser it’s better.
And I was there from 8 pm to 4 am in the morning

I guess at Kaiser Permanente — Ontario Lab employees get the benefit of going ahead of patients who have already been waiting. My wife had pulled her number and was waiting at the lab to have her blood drawn along with the other patients and in comes an off duty employee who walks passed all of them and gets her blood work done. As her young son sits in the waitng room along with us, the employees continue to make them wait as they conversed. Kaiser Permanente just let us know that your employees come before the patients so we will know what to expect.
