J6 Designs

Through all of the places I’ve been in contact with, J6 designs one of the most accommodating companies I can think of. First impression was very great for me as they helped us out along the way, and their selection of screen printable clothing is massive.
I first got jackets ordered and screen printed on, but it was not possible to tell that they would be peeling off after a while. After I talked to Rick about it, they definitely put in their effort to make things right. We were offered to have our jackets fixed and reprinted, as well as a discount on our next order. And that is almost exactly what we were given. After getting all of the initial order business out of the way, we had a massive bulk job that was needed within a week. They were kind enough to give us the discount on top of a waived rush charge.
All in all, finished product is good most of the time, and customer service is very helpful and accommodating.

Try asking questions and they don’t like it. I will never, ever use them.

Initially, I had a bad experience with J6 Designs, but they were cooperative and willing to fix any issues the order had.
With that being, they’re a company that deserves a second look because they were happy to adjust and assist us in making fixes that pleased our party.

I have done business with J-​6 Designs for over 4 years now and they have always come thru with my requests and were very helpful when I asked for it. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the need for embroidery, screen-​printing or any other type of printing services. I have watched them grow from a small group to a very high end and efficient business. Their staff are knowledgeable and easy to work with. Give them a try you wont be disappointed if you do.

My company has used J6 on numerous occasions and has had great service from Rick. He always delivers quality work in a timely manner. So much so that I have used him for personal jobs as well. I feel very fortunate and grateful to know their company.

Great customer service! I have ordered several times, and I have never been disappointed.

Had a bad experience with this team. I called to request samples. I never received the samples so I decided to change the artwork to be simple so that I could receive my shipment in time for a big event. Andrew was great with turning around the Artwork. Rick’s customer service was not the best and he was not willing to get me the shipment in the time that I needed even though he forgot to send me the samples. Not impressed with the customer service at all and I ended up not using their services. Had to find someone else to use with a huge time constraint.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with customer service. My order was to be shipped and delivered to my place of business as indicated on the invoice. My order did not arrive on the date they had specified. When I called to follow up as to why my order was not here, they said it was still at the warehouse and they did not know to ship my order. There was obviously a failure on their end, but they refused to admit to it and fix the problem until I contacted my contact that did the artwork (who deals with them quite often). Just because I ordered tshirts for 50 middle schoolers, and not for a worldwide business, doesn’t mean I should receive lower quality customer service. It’s disappointing that I had to have such an experience.

I used J6 a while back for a quick hat embroidery job. The pricing was fair, the turnaround was quick and the service was awesome! I will definitely use them again in the future!
