Garment Printing Master

Went to get a basketball shirt screen printed and this place is not at this location. Called the number and no answer.

Just got some tshirts done. And needless they came out nothing short of perfect. Rene treated me like he knew me already and gave me the best customer service I could possibly ask for. He kept in touch with me and how the tshirts were going and they came out great. If your looking to get a job done through them definitely hit them up. I hit up other places but this place I felt welcome as if it was my own shop. Thanks guys for your amazing work and customer service.

I have been using Garment Printing for over 1 year. I have only had pleasant experiences with Rene and the owner. I have provided my ideas but with their expertise they have recommended adjustments and changes which I have appreciated very much and the end results have been great.
Rene is creative and has some very innovative ideas of which I have implemented some in my business.
I have been transitioning all my business printing to Garment Printing Master.

I recently ordered new work shirts, door magnets, hats and polo dress shirt with my logo embroidered, and Rene did a great job! Done quick and a fair price! They also do t shirts for me so I’m a happy camper! They make my biz look good

I tried this printer for their Direct-​to-​Garment printing which allows full-​color prints on dark t-​shirts. I only ordered 4 to use as samples and I provided my own shirts and vector artwork.
It took over a week for them to get done and when I went to pick them up, I was extremely disappointed. The colors did not match my artwork, there was banding in the print, and the registration on the white type was way off, making it look blurry.
I expressed my concerns to Rene and he was extremely rude, claiming he doesn’t touch the artwork and that I need to «lighten it up» in order for it to print better. He talked over me, argued with me, and tried to justify the issues with technical explanations of the printing process.
Obviously he doesn’t know how to use his machine properly and should never blame the customer for it not looking right. We depend on our printers to make our products look good. I paid $ 48 for the printing plus the cost of the shirts and it was a complete waste. He didn’t offer to fix them and didn’t once apologize.
I will never do business here again.
