Forever 21

This place used to be really nice. I still remember when they first moved to this location. I would make the 30 minute drive to come here because they had a larger selection than a the standard F21’s I’ve been to– but now I feel like with every subsequent visit, the quality of their presentation and the demeanor of their staff is going down the drain. The selection is still okay, but I haven’t received a single smile or greeting from staff– not even in the fitting rooms or at checkout. Not to mention, all the clothing just seem to be placed haphazardly now. The tipping point, however, is that in my last visit– there was a persistent, headache inducing beeping coming from what seems to be a fire alarm system, for a straight hour (at least) and no one seems to care to fix it whatsoever. I don’t know if it’s just out of their hands, but at this point, I’m just kind of over the store.

Awesome F21. Staff is friendly as they can be! One girl helped me find a sheer cardigan and I ended up loving it!
They have their own entrance from the parking lot so it’s easier access! They close a little bit later than the actual mall as well!
