Saw a posting in FB about this place which reminded me to find a place to get my phone fix. My iPhone’s charging port was having problem not charging and have to wiggle the plug around just for it to sometimes charge. At first I thought this place only replaces broken screen so I looked up other places around the area and inquired for pricing. Several place have quoted me $ 20-​$ 25 more. So decided to message to see if they do these type of fix which they do and was given a quote of $ 40. Decided to go today and talked to Edgar. Informed him with what’s wrong with the phone and asked again how much he charges and was quoted the same price. I wanted to see if I would be quoted a different price like other places would just to get you in the door. So decided to get it fixed but before he was going to replaced it he told me that he will try to clean the port first maybe it’s just stuck with dirt and we might not need to replace the port. Exactly the case, there were so many dust and dirt inside the port which affected the charging. He told me no need to replace everything is ok with the phone. Did not charge me anything. He saved me $ 40! That right there just showed you that this guy is honest and and would not con you on telling you need a repair just to make money out of you. Will definitely refer people to this place for their mobile repair needs. Thank you Edgar!

Best repair place!!! My phone cracked for the first time today and I saw that this place had the best ratings in the area and it does live up to it! Edgar was super nice and cool and fixed my screen quickly. He changed my new screen twice because something small was wrong with the first screen and that just showed me how much he really cares about his customers instead of just brushing it off. :P Best service everrrrr, I definitely recommend him to everyone and will be telling everyone about this place. :)

OVERALL: Hands down this is the best mobile phone repair in the area! I had my Samsung Galaxy screen replaced yesterday after the screen was shattered and the LCD going dead black. Everything came out completely repaired and beyond expectations!
With extremely competitive pricing, great service, and care for customer satisfaction, I’m taking my phones here from now on if something bad happens — let’s hope nothing bad happens though, haha. However, don’t let the location of being inside a supermarket stray you away. Good service, good talent, and good work is what it is: GOOD. Plus you can do your grocery shopping or have lunch while you get your phone repaired.

SERVICE: Very professional. Edgar provided the best service there was to be done — he even stayed 1 hour after their closing time since they’ve been getting very busy lately. You definitely wont find that level of customer service anywhere else. Let’s hope you can make them even busier.
PRICING: After calling countless cell phone repair places for a price quote — ranging from places from Fontana to Covina to Brea, FixLounge took the cake on pricing and I decided to take my phone in and it came out completely repaired! Other places would charge in the excess of $ 150 and above. You’ll definitely find a competitive price here though.

iPhone 5 was broken, screen was shatter, button fell off Couldn’t do anything. After a few reviews I have to come here. Cynthia who help me was a nice sweetheart she took care of my iPhone. It was worth the trip from Fullerton. Was able to get pictures of my niece when she was little. The price is awesome for the great repair. Wish I could of gone sooner. Ask for Cynthia.

Edgar is the man ! Everytime I need him two fix mine or my girls iPhone or iPad (multiple time die to dropping them) he always takes care of us ! I called yesterday and spoke to Edgar about my cracked iPhone 6+, he gave me a quote over the phone and told me I could go in any time. When I went in he said it would be about 30 minutes to repair the screen. He did a great job! And it was ready on time! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing immediate repairs to their iPhone

Came here based on the good reviews I read, and I’m here to say that this is a great place to get your phone fixed. Edgar is a genius when fixing phones I came in to get my screen replaced and 20 mins later it was like had a brand new phone. Customer service is top notch and will make sure everything is in working condition before you leave. I will be coming back and will recommend my friends to come here for any future iPhone fixes :)

Hands down best customer service. Cynthia was almost closing and was willing to wait for me to fix my phone. She fixed it in 5 minutes. Highly recommend this place. Will do business with again.

I just wanted to say that this place is amazing! They quoted me a price over the phone and honored it when I went in. They told me it would take 30 mins to fix and he was done on time. The screen looks amazing!!! I checked in and they gave me a free protective glass.

Took my super shattered iphone6 and was very pleased with the excellent work, reasonable price and that it only took about 25 minutes! Cost me $ 100 to fix! Though I am a little sad I payed $ 15 extra for a screen protector and could have gotten it free if I would have checked in on Unilocal.:(boo!

My screen was cracked and the the LCD stopped working, I dropped my phone off it was about an hour wait bc the guy had a lot of repairs that day. He said he’d look at it so i got a ticket and left, he called to notify that bc the screen wouldn’t turn on it might be the whole motherboard damaged and if that was the case the whole phone wouldn’t be fixable, he said if I gave him a couple more minutes he can check the battery.
I was praying it was just that and my phone would be fixable, luckily it was! The service was great, they are very honest and dependable! A good thing as well is there is a warranty, so I believe if there’s any glitches within 10 days to bring it back and they’ll fix it! I recommend this business!(:

Great customer service from Edgar and his staff… Definitely impressed quick work and and kept me updated on my phone situation received the free offer for checking in at there location and also was offered a $ 2 off special they had for following there Instagram page! Will recommend to anyone with a cracked screen and if it comes to it I would come back here!

Wowza! Great repair on my iPad’s shattered glass screen; even the dents on the corners were smoothed n corrected. Like original glass screen. And, the price is just right. No rip off pricing here. Same day service as well. What could be better! Thank you much!

Probably one of the best repair services I’ve ever used. I’ve been to several other repair shops for iPhones/​iPads and this one is well worth it. Not only was it quick, affordable, but well worth the drive for me.
