this doc was referred to me by my OBGYN– when my daughter was first born she wouldn’t poop and everyone said she was yellow when we brought this up to Ewusi she said she was fine. That night I take my daughter back to hospital and find out she’s jaundice with levels through the roof! They said she wouldn’t have made it through the weekend. What kind of doctor misses that.
Front staff is extremely rude and the wait time for your appointment is well over an hour– which makes no sense to me. The doctor didn’t even tell us she was retiring when we saw her so we decided to change doctors. We are now seeing Nancy botros!

I’ve been taking my son to doctor Ewusi since he’s been 4, he’s 7 now and I just recently had a daughter May 1^st 2015 that also goes here
She’s a GREAT pediatrician and her staff is AMAZING.
I have never been treated rudely or been ignored like these other reviews have been saying
She cares about her patients and always makes sure to ask ‘do you have any questions’ unlike other doctors that just want you out of their office
Yes the office is cozy but you feel welcomed.
All in all she’s an AMAZING pediatrician

Waiting room is very small and nothing to keep children occupied which would not be a problem if they didn’t make you wait over 2 hours with a 2 year old toddler bc they over booked patients, the doctor (which I have never been seen by Mensah Theodora bc for «some» reason she is never there) is a good doctor but her staff are truly unprofessional and plain rude, specially over the phone or maybe bc when I called the doctor was out on vacation that they felt no one was in charge and they could do what ever they want, I just moved to Ontario otherwise I would had never changed my childs pediatrician. My son had blood work about 3 months ago and no one from this offer has bother to call me to let me know they are back in or if there is anemia or anything wrong with the results, I called in for help once and receptionist said she wasn’t a doctor to be giving me advice I asked if there was anyone I could speak to since it wasn’t a life threatening emergency and she said the doctor was out and would be back in 3 days to call back then or take my son to urgent care, for something that they were already treating, I went to a mexican pharmacy and got the help I needed.

Good pediatric doctor too bad her front office is not efficient.
