This location is awesome. I went today for lunch. And I had the best service ever. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I didn’t know fast food restaurant had this kind of service. I never felt so welcomed to a restaurant like I did today. The food was great (it made my day). I definitely recommend this location to anyone that wants to eat healthy and good. Keep it up pollo loco.

Mediocre food and service. The one star rating is for the price of a skinless combo that was an extra $ 1.20 came up to 8.28 plus tax. Meat was dry and they refused to give an extra side of dressing for my side salad without an additional charge. Lost my appetite told them they could keep thier dressing and sorry excuse of salad.

i bought an ultimate double chicken bowl. double my ass! this was the ultimate rip off. poor quality control and skimpy meat portions worthy of the lowest rating available. I basically paid over $ 7 for a bowl of beans and rice with chicken crumbs hastily sprinkled about.

For those who are trying to stick with a leaner /​less fat regimen — Pollo seems very helpful is this area… (While trying to stay on the complimentary side of writing reviews here; several chicken selling places have some cooking consistency «„challenges“» — Thank goodness Pollo gets it very-​good quite often… (I will leave the last two sentences right there, pretty sure you can fill in the rest of this story /​have your own opinion, after you try Pollo Loco for yourself and then decide what you think of their offerings). I additionally recommend the pinto beans and broccoli side items… (In keeping with the healthier food item choices). Thanks for reading, hope I was fair in my assessment of a few items here. Thanks for being here El Pollo Loco!!!

This is my go to spot for lunch!!! I love that it is so close and convenient to where I work! The drive thru is always quick no matter how long the line is! I am in and out within 5 minutes tops!
I get the classic grilled chicken salad with the citrus vinaigrette… yes they have a citrus vinaigrette so you don’t have to use the avocado ranch dressing that they suggest… I am not one for ranch so the citrus vinaigrette is a better/​healthier option for me!
What I like about this place is that it’s fast, healthy and fresh! What more could you want?

I haven’t eaten el pollo loco in a long while!
So we figured we didn’t want to cook and didn’t want to get out of our car– so next best choice was el pollo loco drive thru!
a little apprehensive at first because it was hard to hear the person behind the speaker when placing our order, which created a bit of frustration for the person taking our order. But once we got to the window we were greeted by Jesus
Because of bad reception the person heard 2 rice when we actually wanted rice & Mac and cheese. Jesus was kind enough to say it’s already packed so just take the extra rice with Mac and cheese. What?!! That was awesome! customer service with Jesus was exceptional! The interaction with Jesus topped off any el pollo loco experience

I come here very often for my lunch break. Their customer service is awesome. They had their new under 500 calorie menu and it was the first day they released it. I ordered the double chicken wet burrito. Oh my goodness it was so good. The woman who helped me also said that if I did not like the burrito I could go back and exchange it with a different item since it was the first day they released this menu. Overall great place to eat!

I’ve been to this location 3 times in the last month. Their Ultimate chicken salad is extremely delicious! The service is always quick and friendly and I like how an employee goes around the dining room with condiments and mints. The dining room is always clean, and comfortable.

Came in for a bite to eat and tried their new Tortas, very tasty and prepared fresh it was delicious soft bread and it was a good size for some reason I thought it wasn’t gonna look like the pic at all but it defiantly hit the spot also the salsa bar was very clean as well as my table and the whole restaurant my customer service was excellent by Nathan he brought me my meal with a smile on his face and came back and offered me extra napkins and mints, I will be back for sure to try out the other Tortas they have but the bacon ranch was the bomb.

I go in the drive thru and buy a dessert with a coupon for a dollar. I asked if i can hv 2 of them because i had 2 coupons. They said no… so i went in the restaurant and bought another dessert. The drive thru person actually helped me whn i went inside. had the nerve to greet me with «HI MY FRIEND»…WHAT POOR SERVICE…
and u would think that wouldn’t they want to make an extra dollar in these times… hello!

I only go to this one for Foster Freeze, twice this place claims the machine is broken. Come the F on, put a sign so I don’t have go through the drive thru and waste time. I only go here for the family, little treat. Guess I won’t be going here any more but instead the location off the 10 and Central.

Thanks to Noreen with the one star Unilocal review, i was convinced. I came into this place ready to give it one star also. I was like aye! (bleep) el pollo loco! Anyway baby, to make a short story longer, I ordered the delectable pablano burrito… It was the bomb. Everything was made with love. Nicely packaged, no sloppiness and service with a smile. I showed them a picture of Noreen and told them to keep an eye peeled for her because she was muy peligrosa. They agreed and I went on my way.

If I wasn’t extremely ill today, I would have gone inside (from the drive through) to explain what easy rice means. Not only did I have her repeat my order, I specifically stated, «can you make sure there is almost no rice?» When I got to the window, she again said easy rice. After receiving my order and her running off, I looked and to my horror, my pollo bowl was all rice and no beans. I’d rather throw it away than deal with their incompitance.
