They just started to accept credit cards. 10.00 minimum. So excited. Don’t have to bring cash.

Nasty! Does not deserve even one star. I almost threw up in my mouth never tasted a more nasty Chinese food. They also do not accept debit! And no refills on drinks!

Their orange chicken is always crispy. Idk how they do it. Probably the best orange chicken I’ve had that’s from a fast food Chinese joint. Most of their food is pretty fresh. The employees are a bit rude, but don’t hesitate to buy food. CASHONLY! Beware.

Didn’t have the food, it looked good, but they only accept cash, so we didn’t get anything.

Be warned Cash only! Food was okay, my fried rice tasted like it had been reheated and not freshly cooked. not too much of a selection like other Chinese food places but the customer service was nice.

I have been debating on coming here since I moved out here last July because of all the poor reviews. I went in here today I ordered combo B which includes two items. I got orange chicken and kong pow chicken with rice and noodles. Everything tasted fine other than the temperature, it was like it has been sitting there for while. To me a great Chinese places always is changing and switching out for newly cooked items. I feel this place doesn’t do that very much. Over all I did enjoy the orange chicken and the kong pow chicken. The fried rice could have had more flavor same with with the chow mien. One thing I would suggest is making it so they can accept credit cards.

CASHONLY 0STARS for the fact we had to walk next door to get money from Ralphs! 5 stars for parking. Nice private lot. 4 stars for service. I think there was 3 ladies, and we still had to wait about 3 to 5 minutes to get a plate. 5 stars for taste of food 3 stars for freshness of food. 2 stars for price.(A combo with 2 items and drink is $ 10) 1 star for the fact they don’t have spicy/CHILI sauce. They have siracha(which I don’t like) Anyway, cool spot if you’re in need of a quick bite.

Good food. good portions. Convenient. Couple notes… If pans are empty it’s because they don’t want to give you old food that’s been sitting out too long. They rather cook fresh plates for you. They charge for extra stuff because the prices are low. Rather than raise the price for everyone that other places do, they rather give you the best price for what your getting. Would you like to pay for the customers I front of you who asks for 5 sweet and sour, 10 soy sauces, and 3 plates? Or would rather have them pay for it them selves? Think about it. These people are honest good people who don’t want to rip you off. There is no add on cost for shrimp or so called premium like Panda. Credit card fees are through the roof. Most places pass the cost to the customers. To keep prices down there are limited amenities. Plan ahead. Would you go to a mom and pop taqueria or food truck with a credit card? This is the same. This is a family owned place too.

I have been eating here since it opened many years ago. I love China cook and love the cl teriyaki chicken. The servers are nice and enjoyable to talk with. They have a great variety of Americanized Chinese food.

This place used to be very good. But now that if had other Chinese food places I sold robe to the other city to go get some even thoe China cook is across the street the people that work there are rude and cheap the charge you 25cent a extra paper plate. One time my total was 6.04 and I didn’t have the 4 cents and they wouldn’t let me get my food soo that was the last time I went there they lost a costumer for Good.

Best orange chicken in Ontario. Everything else is great too but the orange chicken is the best & even better the next day. I wish they took credit or debit but other than that I love this place & have been coming here for over 18 years.

Best orange chicken around! I am not a panda express fan and only because when I lived in Ontario I discovered China Cook. We moved about 25 mins away and whenever in the mood for Chinese, we take that drive. Huge portions.

These guys like to take it easy and for some reason most of their food is for display only. Its hard to eat here if you’re in a rush because they always have to make what you order. Not very good customer service… the cashiers just want you to leave already. The worst part about this place is the fact that they take cash only and EVERYTHING costs extra. I get the feeling that the people here really think they are doing you a favor.

I wish I could give this place 100 stars! I have been coming to this place since I was a little girl and it has always been the best and most delicious Chinese food I’ve ever had. The servers don’t always speak very good English or are very nice but that doesn’t matter the food is delicious my faves are the chow mein and orange chicken yum!!!

I would have to say that I consider this place to have one of the best orange chicken out there along side with China Bowl and Dragon Bowl back at home. Panda Bowl is where you’d wanna go for chow mein. Only downside: CASHONLY. Even though there is a credit card machine next to them. Other than that, they serve huge portions!

Subpar Chinse food with rushed unpleasant service. When we walked in the employees kept asking us over and over what we wanted. I knew they wanted me to hurry but there was NOONE in line behind us and I needed a minute to scope out the menu. Half of the available entrees appeared to be sitting for a long time. I finally decided on a mix of chow mein/fried rice with two entrees of beef and broccoli and bbq chicken. I did enjoy the bbq chicken. It seemed to have flavor and wasn’t dry. The beef and broccoli was dry, no flavor, and tasted chewy. The broccoli was extremely salty. For the price I noticed we did get a lot of food per box so that seemed fair. My boyfriend enjoyed it but I will not be returning.

I grew up in Taiwan and I know my way around fob towns(Monterey Park, Rowland Heights, etc) like my backyard. That being said, if I feel like some good o’ fake Chinese food, their orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and beef n’ broccoli are pretty tasty, much better than the Panda for sure. If you have the right expectation of the kind of food you get at Americanized Chinese combo place, then this place will satisfy your expectation and more. And if you complain about the place only accepts cash means you haven’t been to enough Chinese restaurants! It shouldn’t come as a shocker!
