Burger King

I come here for the chicken fries. It’s a decent price. The food is always fresh and warm. I love this place. They get my order correct. So I’m happy

If you get a burger straight from the broiler it will be decent. Fries are awful, even with all their changes they still can’t get it right. Chicken and other items aren’t that good either.
This location is run down and the service is spoty. I’m not asking for much, just the order to be right, someone that understands what you say and a simple thank you at the end for your business.

This location is disgusting! Needs a remodeling or to be shut down. Staff is nice but sometimes hard to understand unless you speak their language. Food was OK, but I never expect much from this place. Would’ve only given 1 star, but the staff deserves more

Very displeased with this Burger King. I came to conclusion that this particular location needs a new team of workers. I came to grab dinner on my way home from Rancho Cucamonga. I asked the person taking orders in the drive through if she could make my meal fresh since I had a bad experience with the one in Oceanside. I thought I was clear, that was till I received my meal. The fries were cold, my burger was warm not hot and I could tell that they flash fried my fries. All I can say is your establishment used to be my burger spot to go to. I’m no longer going to to come to this place or any other place till I start seeing better reviews.

My husband and I were running late and stopped to get a quick lunch at this location. While I denied a drink because I needed something bottled to carry back to my office the individual taking my order made a snide remark to my husband «oh she needs a bottle» and rolled her eyes. Not only did I find this completely disrespectful but i took personal offense. After we ordered we waited approximately 18 minutes for our food. We were absolutely confused on the wait time, when we were the only ones there at the time we placed our order. We watched all the guests behind us pick up their food as we waited. There was a major lack of urgency for a «fast food» establishment and unbelievably poor customer service.

Where do I start with this one? I came in here with my wife about a month ago. Just wanting to grab something to eat before our movie. So we ordered a double whopper combo, large with cheese. And my wife got two chicken sandwiches. Then I was told the total, which sounded off. Ignoring this I payed and did not get a receipt. Once I got my food, I had assumed my receipt was going to be with my food. It was not, so getting up I had to ask for one. The manager who had rung up my total gave me mine but seemed annoyed. It was then I noticed something weird. The fact that there were two charges for $ 2.00. Asking about this I was informed this was for the cheese. Which is odd to be charged for $ 2.00 per slice of cheese. Again that $ 2 is not for meat, or a burger but JUST FOR A SINGLE SLICE OF CHEESE. I asked the manager about this and he went off saying that each Burger King is different. But I still asked that isn’t odd that for the price of a single slice of cheese I could buy a double cheese burger which comes with 2 slices of cheese for the same price. And he just told me that is how things are done. Not wanting to argue anymore I took my food and left. All I am saying that this whole thing came off as really weird and do warn others that there is something off here because who charges $ 2 for a slice of cheese. Even for Burger King that is way too high.

Food tastes good but the whopper is smaller than any other BK I have been to. Not worth the price of the meal.

Only came in for their coffee. Wouldn’t normally review a Burger King especially since I didn’t get anything to eat, but the service was extraordinary. 4 employees while I was in and each one greeted me. I even got more than just a hi or good morning. I even had someone ask me how my day was going so far.
Restaurant was clean, including the rest rooms. The coffee was just your normal coffee. I just didn’t feel like waiting in line at Starbucks. Plus, I was in a rush. Just needed my cup of Joe.
Been here a couple of other times for breakfast. Burger King breakfast is just okay in my opinion. I actually prefer’s Jack’s Supreme Croissant.

I was the first customer at this locations Grand Opening today. The double cheese burger was very delicious and fresh! I got a free ice cream cone and my picture taken! What a great experience today at Ontario Mills.

Not hard to mess up fast food so cant complain about that. I sometimes come here for a quick bite or lunch. They seem to take a lot longer than other BK’s ive been to, for some reason.

This Burger King surprisingly doesnt get busy at lunch time.
most of the time they dont speak very good english or they dont hear it very well also.
there limited time burgers usually suck also

Went to the food court here yesterday as we do most times we come to Ontario Mills, and was feeling like a burger, so we chose BK; I got a BBQ Double Stacker and my wife got a regular double stacker because they are a nice smaller size and very cheesy.
Usually BK’s a good choice for burgers, but this one wasn’t. Mine was almost cold in the middle and my wife’s burger actually was a little pink and cold. Fries were decent though. I wasn’t going to try to get back through the crowd of people (this place is almost always very busy every time we come here) to complain though so we just chalked it up as a reason not to come again.
Seating btw is in the food court and can be a challenge at times to find a seat. Most often the ones are available are the ones getting the blinding sunlight coming thru the windows on the roof.

This is a sucky Burger King. Every once and a while, when I am at Ontario Mills, I want a snack. I decided to go to this Burger King because I wanted a whopper Jr., I had a gift card for BK, and it has a $ 1 menu. However, at this one, it is NOT a $ 1 menu. My Whopper Jr. was $ 1.79, my fiancé’s cheeseburger was $ 1.79, medium onion rings were $ 2 something, and a small soda was $ 2 something. So I tried to use my BK card and they said that they don’t accept them. Crap. If I had known this beforehand, I would have gotten a pretzel and a lemonade at Wetzel’s. The food was just ok, heavily breaded onion rings, but the Whopper Jr silenced my burger craving.
