I noticed the sign from the back side facing the Mills last week, and had to stop in and check it out. It’s not really an «outlet», it didn’t seem like any of the items in the store were scratch & dent, seconds, or refurbished. Most of the items were the same price as Lowes, but they were having a sale on certain items, which were 50%, which was a great deal. They have some Stanley and Porter Cable tools in addition to the Black & Decker items. They also have a pretty good selection of garden tools and small appliances. I was looking for a replacement battery for my drill driver, but it was priced the same as Lowes, so I held off. I will stop back in to see if they are ever on sale, along with the workhorse folding shop stands, which were also priced at their normal retail price.
I ended up getting a Stanley pry bar that was part of the 50% sale and some replacement drill bits. For now I give it 3 stars, but I will return whenever I am near the Mills to check out the latest deals.
