This walmart is very average. The people that shop here have weird tastes though and you’ll find cool things on clearance. From what I saw, the only thing that bothered me was the way the managers treat their employees. From what I saw there’s not many in the store at any given time…

Let me preface by saying that I despise Walmart in general. I am always overwhelmed by the stores’ disorganization and the crowds. I never feel that Walmart offers any deals I cannot find elsewhere, and therefore it is not worth my time or grief. This is based on the various Walmart locations I have visited in my home state, Maryland. So here begins my very random story that brought me to this specific Walmart. I was passing through Onley on my way to Williamsburg VERY early in the morning to a standup paddleboard race and, long story short, forgot my life-preserver. Unfortunately, regulations for these races requires a personal floatation device(PFD) to be present on all crafts, so without it I would not have been able to participate. Having already driven most of the way, I was p-i-s-s-e-d and desperate for a PFD to qualify. I passed this particular Walmart hoping that they would have an outdoor and/or boating section. The store itself was immaculately clean and sections were labeled so I was able to find what I was looking for easily. The two men(I wish I got their names so I could thank them via Unilocal!) who helped me were extremely friendly, despite my grouchy mood, and eager to help. I was able to find what I needed for a good price. They were so friendly that dealing with them actually alleviated my mood a little bit! As did finding what I needed, of course. If Walmarts closer to where I live were more like this, I would shop there more often. So pay attention, Walmart: use this store as a benchmark for your other locations!
