Fiesta Mexican Grill & Cantina

I should’ve known there’d be a problem when I asked my server for queso fresco and she brought back nacho cheese.

Thank you for your response to my review. However i still stand by your food being bland. When you say it is hard to make mexican food with request for changes to the dish im guessing you were referring to my sons request to not have onions and peppers in his buffalo chicken quesadilla dish… all other items we ordered off your menu were order exactly the way you prepare them with no changes requests and they were still bland. Also was not happy with the female manager that finally showed up at the end when our bill was corrected. She had every opportunity to apologize in person to my husband including when he walked his credit card up to the bar to be ran! Poor customer service skills on her part.

I think the only people who like this food are people who drink four margaritas before
their meal! Lousy meal and way too expensive.

I figured that because these recipes were family traditions and form Mexico, that the basics would be great. From the delivery of the chips I was sadly disappointed. The red and yellow chips were from a bag and the salsa was watered down and very bland. The menu does not offer a la carte items, like every other true Mexican restaurant, so you are stuck with 3 tacos or 3 burritos or 3 of one thing and trying a few different things means a very expensive bill. the chicken and beef was also very bland and the sauces poured over top of each entrée seemed to be more watered down salsa. Some of the items were very large portions, but bland and big doesn’t equal good. The large nacho platter consisted of more bagged chips and cheese wiz, very little true Mexican flare. We were excited about our trip to Fiesta based on other reviews but left very disappointed and feeling cheated of the true Mexican food we craved. I really wonder if the other reviews on this site are from employees and owners.
