Love this store! They carry most of the Starbucks coffee pods for my machine at home. The ladies here are always super nice and helpful. We come in a few times a month to grab items for work and home.

I was a big fan of this chain until my recent experience. A month ago I ordered a $ 1200 piece from here. I gave it plenty of time and called today to check on the order. First I was asked to hold, then to call back because they had customers. No kidding, maybe you have a customer who’s already paid yet has not received their merchandise? They did call back and said their filing system was all paper-​based. Umm, I provided my information at least two times during the transaction and watched as it was entered into two different computer systems. Today I was asked to confirm my credit card was actually charged as that doesn’t happen «until the item is shipped». My card was charged the day I signed the receipt. Seriously? $ 1200 isn’t the end of the world but, it’s a decent amount and I expect better. I’ll give them some time to figure it out and get back to me with a status or will contest the charge. I could’ve paid a blacksmith to make the item by now and install it. SLT is less than a mile away and has never let me down. see ya!

Was in the mall dining but stopped in on the way out. Damn this place as I always find something else I want. I’m from out of town but sales clerk helped me with order and shipped it home for me. Gotta love it.
