Relatively new business located in the food court in the Brandeis building, downtown. The W.C. Frank business is an older chain from the late ’70’s/early ’80’s that was known for their hot dogs and arcade(at least that is what Google told me!). As this place is part of a food court, there aren’t any video games to be seen. There was a bit of line during lunch, but it moved quickly as the staff seemed pretty efficient and were friendly enough. Being known for their hot dogs, I decided I might as while try one. They do have quite a bit more on their menu, burgers, pulled pork, etc. Just a quick simple lunch for me, so I went with a foot long w/cheese, fires and a drink. While the hot dog was good, it certainly didn’t knock my socks off. Pretty much okay in my book. The fries were better than the hot dog, thin shoestring fries, which were nice and crunchy. Not any place I would seek out, but if you are craving a hot dog and are downtown, this fits the bill for a relatively inexpensive quick meal.
