Matthew(Verizon associate) is an EXCELLENT employee. He should be rewarded for his patience, knowledge and professionalism. The dude was owning it for the iPhone launch. His two fellow associates were struggling with some of their tech know-how, explaining plans, and navigating upgrades and trade-ins. Matthew was able to not only handle his customer, but help the associates who were asking him a lot of questions… That being said, I’m docking a star because he shouldn’t have had to do this. One of the associates was new and she seemed to really be struggling with policy and her overall knowledge of activating phones, swapping numbers between phones, etc. I ended up working with Matthew because she didn’t know how to switch my new iPhone 6 to my number and my old iPhone 5S to my wife’s number. Matthew jumped in and just handled it. He was friendly, conversational and really knew his stuff. I’d go back to this location just to work with him. And I was AMAZED that they had new iPhones in stock. Too bad for everyone who waited in that huge line at the Apple Store. Great work, Matthew!
