Unfriendly manager, to say the least! Hostile, agressive, mouthy, insulting, arrogant, defiant: knows it ALL. You will be less of a resident and customer here, and more of a subjugated hostage. I can only imagine what a horrible and miserable life she has to behave so badly. There is a place for anti-​social people, and hers is here; your place is likely elsewhere unless you prefer people that just like to hear themselves talk and offend. Pass on this one.
