This location is right across the street from my house so we go here pretty often. If you go during peak hours, there’s no way to avoid a line in the drive thru. I think they do a decent job of getting through the line in a timely matter while still making sure the drink orders are correct. We’ve never had an issue with unfriendliness or having our drink order be incorrect. The one time we did have a small issue of them putting way too much ice in one of the drinks, they’re quickly rectified the situation. From the couple of times I’ve been in the store, it’s been clean and I’ve not had an issue.

The line usually moves fast whenever I come to this Starbucks, I usually come in the late afternoon though. There is usually not anything stand out in customer service but not anything bad either. I’ve only had one barista that was awesome and left me and my husband smiling when we left. He had a laid back, Cali dude vibe, and was super talkative while we waited for our drinks, we even talked about music. Today the girl at the window was very, uhm, monotone. She was young and seemed like she had no desire to be there. Very expresionless and not very friendly. Oh well. Drinks are always well made and consistent. I have only ever ordered cookies and they are warm and chewy, perfect for my sweet tooth! I have never been inside but the outside has always been clean and looks nice.

The drive thru here is a bit slow, but with the new update to the app, you can order and just dart in and pick it up since you ordered and paid with the application on your phone. This update will likely change my opinion to 4 star, but honestly, that drive thru is really a drag!

Worst smoothy I have ever had in my life even the remake was just as tasteless. The service by Morgan was incredibly rude. As if I want to be the person going back to return my 5 $ smoothy because it was undrinkable. She practically threw the remake at me and when I said thank you she said nothing and walked away. Not my idea of good customer service. I say scooters is the way to go.

As a part of my daily«day off» routine, I stop by here for my drink(Venti iced white mocha, extra shot, no whip). I do really like this store. My drink always tastes the same. I give the crew kudos. I do see some leisure here and there while the drive-thru line is backed up. However, as I’ve been a Barista in the past, they most likely work in their«stations» and are advised not to move to minimize confusion and mistakes. Love the store, always clean, happy crew, and happy customers. Major thumbs up!

There is nothing more annoying that someone not making your order correctly. If I am ordering a $ 5 drink, I expect you to make what I ask. If you do not have the«crunch» for a caramel crunch frappuccino, I would appreciate you telling me PRIOR to me finding out when I am drinking it. And then having to ask where the crunch is … «oh, we ran out.» What? You ran out? Dont you think that’s an important point when someone is actually ordering? As a doctor and a mother, and a frequent starbucks goer, I will never go to this one again … nor would I suggest anyone else … if they actually want what they order.

I go to Starbucks daily all over the city and the United States. This location’s employees, led by Mel, take ownership of the customer experience. Efficient, friendly and can-do is what you can expect here. Easily the best location in Omaha and superior to any other location I’ve been to in the US. I also realize that I am writing a review about a Starbucks. The level of effort by this team warrants praise… that’s how much I think of this location.

Went through the drive thru and it took about 20 minutes. When I finally got my drink it was wrong. Went inside and waited another 15 minutes for the replacement. I’m glad this is not the only place to get a coffee in Omaha.

I really enjoy Starbucks. Of course, as with any chain, the experience can really differ from one location to the next. This is definitely not my favorite location, but I’m generally happy with the service that I receive here. The drive-thru can sometimes be quick, but it’s almost always best to go in if you’re in a hurry. Dark roast is only brewed before noon so don’t go through the drive-thru line… head inside for a pour over unless you like the Pike Place.

Very slow drive thru, and half the time the order is wrong, which happens at every Starbucks. Really? I order off the menu with no crazy requests. How about repeating the order back, and if you get it wrong it’s free?

This has to be the SLOWEST drive thru in Omaha! I could fly to South America, pick my own beans, fly back, roast the beans, grind them and brew the coffee faster than that drive thru moves!!! The coffee is consistent and always warm but they have one speed, snail slow!!! I see baristas checking their cell phones, chatting like they are at the water cooler, and just leisurely moving from espresso to streamed milk to cup. Plus, they have some aversion to running both machines when they are getting hit with customers. I have to say… support local and stop at Crane Coffee right up at 132nd& Maple. They keep their drive thru line moving!!!

I second the motion for the award of ‘Slowest Starbucks Ever’. I live right by this place, but refuse to go here when I need to be somewhere and only have 10 extra minutes to spare. I don’t know how long I’ll have to wait in line for the drive-thru OR how long it will take for them to make my coffee.

Not my favorite Starbucks in the world. Service was at best mediocre and the coffee was served without a sleeve, i almost burned my fingers. I would go to a different Bux.
