Why stay open late if not willing to properly staff??? Waited in drive-​thru 45 minutes and moved forward a total of ONE car length. Pulled out, went home & have not returned since.

Service sucks and they’re always out of at least one of the items I order. I try to avoid.

Came here one night as an after-​dinner treat. Surprisingly, shakes we half off and they seemed to have every combination under the sun. I went with my favorite, peanut butter banana. We placed three separate orders at the picnic tables in the front. Shakes came out in a timely manner, but the young woman delivering them was not personal, spoke so softly, and I had to ask for my change. When she came to bring it back out, she just put it on the table and walked away. Just seemed to come out a little rude. While everyone was in uniform, she was in short shorts and dreads. Seemed a little odd?

I go here for shakes. And tots. And chicken strips. Typical fast food joint that my friends and I hit up occasionally.

Yes I do realize that this is a review for a fast food joint, but I must air out my frustration for this place. This is not a rating based on quality of food or drink (they have the best cherry limeades hands down), but the quality of service and attentiveness is sub par. I’ve been to this Sonic a handful of times with decent service and food quality, but my most recent visit was horrendous. Went through the drive-​thru at 2 pm desperately needing nourishment. I placed my order for a popcorn chicken meal with BBQ sauce, got my food, went home and found two bags of apple slices in my sack. Yes, it was my fault for not opening the bag once handed to me to check the order, but I sucked it up and went back to the drive-​thru to get my correct order. They apologized, handed me my order, and I politely asked if I could get some type of compensation for the inconvenience. They handed me a poker chip for a free cherry limeade (thank you!) so that was nice. Opened the bag to check the order, and to my surprise no sauce. Drove back around and sternly asked for two sauces: one BBQ and the other ranch. Got home and found one BBQ and one marinara sauce! How can you mess that up??? I guess you can Sonic. Bottom line: Check your bags before leaving the drive-​thru to ensure proper order since it may take 3 extra tries to get it correct.
