Rehab Lounge

I went to Rehab on the night of ¹⁰⁄₁₇. When I arrived there, there were there was a $ 5 charge to get into the door which is okay because it was a club. When I first entered in I noticed that the bar on the right and with premium drinks being displayed. The dance floor to the left and VIP sitting further to the left of the dance floor. I figured since they have premium spirits there, they could make premium drinks. I requested an old fashioned, but they did not have vermuth. Next drink I requested was a dirty martini with olives, but they did not have olives. I was there with some friends and the music never change to accommodate the different types of people that went on the dance floor. I will not return there ever and the crowd seemed shady as well. Was not warm and welcoming and the dj never switched up the music to the different people that were hitting the floor for the different age groups that were there. The energy absolutely was horrible as there were more guys than gals.

This lounge is not bad at all, cute venue, dance floor in the center in front of the dj. The DJ is pretty top 40 but its still something with a good beat where you can zen out on the dance floor. The bathroom is appropriately sized, drinks are okay not cheap but not terribly expensive, mind you I’m from the city so I’m use to the price of a cocktail being sky high. If you want to get in free you have to arrive before midnight. Other then that the security guys are cute and friendly. There’s also an outdoor smoking area where you can smoke and have your drink and socialize. ;)
Also three people where just shot there… so its going to be dead for a while.

Didn’t feel safe here at all and someone put a snake on my car. Yes, a live snake. On the hood of my car. It had wrapped itself around my winshield wiper. I don’t know who to suspect considering I got the same dirty look from every person here. That is all.

If I could go back in time and stick anything up Hitlers Ass it would be Rehab Lounge and everyone who frequents that bar, or should I say night-​club, ultra lounge?, how about cesspool and hearing damage? Frankly there no lounging associated at Rehab.
I honestly gave it a try. I told myself that I need to try new things. Whatever else compelled me to step foot in there and pay a $ 10 cover charge to pay too much for drinks and get rejected by chicks is now forgotten.
Essentially I walked into the club bought a $ 6 Budweiser and listened to some 19 year old play house music he crafted on a computer. I found out later that listening to shitty music is precisely the point to the «Lounge». Apparently it’s a popular thing to get blitzed on overpriced beer and dance with shallow women.
Another sign of its genetic doucheyness is its VIP section. Dudes and chicks in gaudy clothing segregate themselves and form an aura of vodka soaked superiority.
I don’t blame the owners for this club however. I get it. There is a lot of money to be made on young people of average intelligence and of no taste. And I mean A LOT of money. But what is really happening is the party-​hard, «live-​life», get-​fucked-​up and don’t worry there aren’t any consequences to this behavior culture is perpetuated at establishments like this. Regrettably many people my age buy into this bullshit and that is why Rehab Lounge sucks.
