Ramble Ridge Park

A quaint little neighborhood park complete with small walking trail, eating/​grilling areas, seating and ducks and geese on the pond.
There’s not an over abundance of things for kids to do here and if there were I would probably give it 4 stars, but there are a couple of small pieces of playground equipment. What it lacks in activities it more than makes up for with charm. There is lots of wide open green space to play frisbee, have a picnic or walk your dog and there’s a walking/​bike trail that goes all the way around the pond. The pond is also home to ducks and geese which the kids all seem to love and there’s a small dock overlooking the pond that allows you to sit and feed them. (Just make sure you bring health snacks for them such as cracked corn or grapes cut in half!)
It’s not Omaha’s fanciest park, but it is a small tucked away neighborhood treasure that provides a tranquil place among the hustle and bustle of city life.
