It started to rain very hard on our way to Wisconsin, and we had to find someplace to spend the night. We arrived around 11 pm and the front desk rep Aaron had occupancy, he offered the 2 queen bed room facing the parking lot. It was quiet throughout the night, the double windows kept the highway sound out. Because we were moving from California, we had our truck loaded with personal items. There was no suspicious activity through out the night, and all our items were still there when we woke up. They had a breakfast bar set up and a free Wifi. The customer service we received from all the employees was exceptional, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for the Slump Buster baseball tournament. To begin with our reservation was lost, Talked to Mark about this he was very rude. Save your confirmation number, 2 people had my number! However, they did get us a room. While checking out my mom gave him the wrong room number, and when we found that out and gave him the right number he acted pissed off and inconvenienced. We said we were sorry and didn’t mean to cause any problems, he said well you did for them, pointing to the office. WORSE customer service EVER! I will never go back!
