Went to this Panera over off of Maple for a lunch meeting. One of the bigger Panera Restaurants I have seen. They even have a glass enclosed room that can be reserved for special events. Had people in there today playing cards. The area to order is a bit more narrow than other Panera’s I have experienced. So narrow, that it is easy for people to get backed up and not realize what is going on. Cashier who took order was pleasant. Went for the new Thai Garden Chicken Wonton Broth Bowl. Bowl comes with ginger-chicken wontons, fresh broccoli, spinach, napa cabbage blend, roasted mushroom and onion blend and Thai chili vinaigrette with cilantro and sesame seeds in a broth. Broth bowl was okay, but I really miss the Soba Noodle Bowl that was on the previous menu. I will not be ordering this particular bowl again. Just did not appeal to me. Plenty of space to sit down and spread out.

Food is good but too expensive and lines are just way too long. Friends of mine have this as a meeting place and I chose not to order. It was not worth my time. These type of places need to have waiters, not stand in line orders. The prices are too expensive for what you get. Not my type of place. However, the food is fresh and tastes good.

Waited on my «rapid» pick up for 30 minutes after the time it was estimated to be ready by today. I could’ve gone through the line 3 times in that time… But had already prepaid so was stuck waiting. Eventually had to ask the manager what was taking so long/if I was even waiting in the right area and he proceeded to pick up my ticket right in front of him saying«oh yeah it’s right here let me get on that» and waited another 10 minutes. Not once did the manager apologize or act like it was an issue that I waited so long even though I was visibly annoyed. Also my order was only two bagels that needed to be thrown into a bag. Not impressed.

I have no idea why I continue to give this place a second, third, and even fourth chance. Maybe it’s because I love their food or because I am a carb queen and enjoy their baked goods. I can definitely tell you it’s not the awful customer service that brings me back. This place is always crazy busy whether it’s 9AM or 2PM. This makes it rather difficult to quickly grab a bite on one’s lunch break. If you don’t call ahead you will easily spend 20+ minutes waiting in line/waiting for your food. I tried to save the wait and place an order over the phone, I show up 30 mins later and not only is my food not ready but the staff has no idea that I even placed an order. Not once was an apology given or an effort made to correct the situation. My most recent visit included a 20 minute wait in line while only 2 registers were open. The person at the register rushed me through my order and did not listen to anything I said. I had to tell her twice that I did not want a drink, yet she still tried to charge me for it. I also reiterated that I wanted a Greek salad and a bagel with honey walnut cream cheese 3 times. I ended up with a classic salad and a bagel with plain cream cheese. Overall, the service and staff are lacking and this place is far too loud and crowded for my taste. I will not be giving them another chance.

Went there the other night. My wife had the turkey cranberry flat bread. She had one cranberry and one small piece of turkey and tons of spinach. I feel it should be the other way around. I had the turkey panini which was fair at best. I wouldn’t say that this Panera is great. It’ll be awhile before I go back. If they discontinue the wifi they might as well close the doors.

Who doesn’t love Panera? Well, I am sure some people but I am not one of them. Whether I am in the mood for a healthy salad, want to feed my gut with their awesome Mac and cheese or get some bagels to go, they have about everything. Honestly, I can’t think of anything I have had on their menu and haven’t liked. This particular location also has a great private room in the back.

Very friendly staff, super clean restaurant with a great selection of yummy treats to try after your delicious sandwich or cup of soup. I LOVE the clam chowder!

We had lunch here today. The service was bad. It took 15 inutes to order. There were only 2 registers open, one staffed by a clearly new employee. 2 more registers were opened, but then one ran out of register tape and the other register person helped, leaving 2. When we finally order the person failed to ask what sides we wanted. The food came in 3 phases. The food was average at best. When we asked the server to inform the manager, we suspected he would not. So when leaving we asked for the manager to confirm. As expected she did not know. She asked what the issues were, she responded with a deer in the headlights look and a weak I am sorry. She did not even suggest things would change or more interested. We will not go here again. I did complete the online customer survey and asked for a call.
