I am posting this for the parts department and the man named Ryan to be precise. I went in hoping to get some help on an outboard motor that I was trying to do some work on. Not expecting much help, I was astounded at the customer service that Ryan showed me. He has helped me since on other occasions and has gone above and beyond what was expected in making sure that I had the parts or advice I needed! Kudos to Ryan and I hope Omaha Marine know what kind of a guy they have back there! One of the mechanics stepped in and gave me some advice as well and I need to thank him as well.
