So I’m a fan of the OfficeMax on 70th Dodge. It’s my go-to spot for copies and last minute office supplies. With that in mind, I was out north and decided to pop into this location for some mailing tubes and envelopes. The store is clean. There’s a little corner with a copy center. There was enough staff to keep the check out lines moving swiftly. All fine. I didn’t like the layout of this store, however. I seriously had to wonder through every aisle before I finally found what I was looking for. Plus, the prices are a tad high. Go in here, find something you like, head home and order it online for cheaper. It makes me wonder how much longer these big retail stores will last. They all need to find a way to offer a new, better customer experience.
