Marco’s Pizza

If you’re into unique pizzas, this is the place for you! Similar to Zios, but uniquely their own by far. They deliver, at least to me, and their drivers are very courteous. They’ll even deliver in a pinch! I recommend anything with a white sauce, as I’m not the biggest fan of marinara.

Pizza is good, but they only get the order right, 2 out of 10 times, whether they cut the pizza’s wrong, forget a topping, or salad dressings, or the salad. Extremely frustrated since they are one of the only pizza places that deliver.

This has been the worst visit ever to Marcos pizza first I placed my order and the cashier gave me an attitude and then when I arrived there he gave me my order didn’t welcome me either. To top it off he charged me extra for a side of ranch which I wasn’t aware of until I received my receipt and asked him why he charged he said sorry it’s our policy even if you buy a pizza. I didn’t say anything because it was only 60 cents but it was unprofessional to uniform me of the extra charge that was going to apply even though I’ve never been charged before so it came on as a surprise this time. As I was leaving I asked him if the pizza was correct with all 3 crust toppers and he said «yes» I was a little hesitant to say something but I just went with it. As I arrived home I open the box to have dinner with my family who was all waiting for dinner and to see in disgust an disappointment to see there was bacon bits and ham on the pizza plus there was only one crust topper. The reason this bothers me so much because my family and I have been let down so much because we all order our pizza from here and trusted Marcos pizza to understand a customer who had never ordered pork and has noted on the account no pork please in the past due to religious reasons. So I expect them to sincerely make this up to me and my family especially for how often we’ve been coming here and gave our business to this fine establishment as it used to be. I don’t mean to come off a little excessive but after a long day at work to order a pizza specifically how you want it to take it home to your family as everyone is ready to have dinner to be disgusted by something so disrespectfully unwelcoming in our house.
I hope to here from upper management of Marcos pizza or we will never be returning ourselves to this franchise!

Pizza is fantastic. Other than Ken, there drivers don’t know where they’re going. Twice, they’ve went the wrong way and extended deliver times to two hours.
Last order, they remade my order and waived the charge. Additionally, they promised a $ 40 credit. I called back to order tonight and they told me I do not have a credit.
I won’t be ordering from here again.

I love this place. We get it a couple of times a month. It blows Pizza Hut and Papa Johns out of the water. Pizza is great and the toppings are fresh. Excellent service in store and quick times when using delivery. After about 10 pizzas I have 0 complaints.

Pizza was great!!! Another win for Marco’s and I almost ordered Papa John’s I’m so glad I looked on Unilocal saw Marco’s 4 Star which deserved a 5 star and didn’t!

Probably some of the best pizza i’ve had in the area.
Giving it 4 stars though because there web ordering is kind of flaky and there Android App is kind of a joke (Just a shortcut to there website). So call for pick up or delivery lol

I base this review solely on their cheese steak. I’ve never had anything else from there all thu it looks good.
Their customer service was great. I was greeted when I walked in and was helped right away. Only a short wait time of 10 mins. A+
Now, coming from Philly I know what a good cheese steak taste like. This ladies and gentlemen was not it. It was dry, it was way too salty, they used the wrong cheese and the meat was too thick.
I’ll go back to try some of there other items probably but noway will I ever get a cheese steak here.

Never would have considered trying the pizza place attached to Family Video, but my coworker raved about it and we were looking for a new pizza place.
I was really surprised by how «real» and fresh their ingredients were. Huge pieces of real chicken, not the sad little tasteless meat cubes that are usually found on pizza. I think the specialty pizza we tried was the chicken fresco? Something fresco. And the cheese sticks, which were also much better than I’ve had at other places. None of that globby, greasy white cheese, and they were really soft and fluffy and well-​seasoned. Loved the classic pizza crust, it was super-​filling. I can usually eat a lot of pizza but I was stuffed after two slices.
We ordered carryout online, the process was a little screwy on my phone, but once the order was through everything went smoothly. My boyfriend said it was a madhouse and other people were having issues with their orders or having to wait a long time but ours was done when they said it would be, no waiting, and they got it just right. It was about the same price wise, or possibly a little less, as ordering from godfathers, and much better ingredients.

Took advantage of the chance to return movies with the delivery of a pizza. That’s a great service.
The pizza is great. We constructed our own online. That’s a big help because my daughter prefers white sauce over tomato sauce on her pizza, and we could split the pizza in halves. Plus, although they said delivery time would be 45 minutes (we ordered at 5:30), it came in 30. Great service.

Very pleased with Marcos. Tried for the first time over the weekend and ordered a thin crust all meat. Was very good and arrived hot and fresh. Was quoted 45 minutes for delivery and it arrived right on time. Driver was very friendly too. The only complaint we had was we called to see if they even delivered to our address and waited 5 minutes on the phone for someone to find out… they must have been busy so we just hung up and decided we will just order online and if they can’t deliver to our address it would tell us, needless to say it was delivered on time and delicious which was a surprise since it came from next door to a video store, next time I think we will try the have a movie delivered with your pizza option

Wasn’t expecting much since its attached to a video store but was very impressed! It’s not super cheap pizza but it’s definitely worth the price. We will definitely be returning!

Ordered online for carry out, which was simple enough. Very small place, and on a Friday evening, was standing room only. Picked up pizza and paid with no fuss and was back out the door. Prices were great, too. Brief interaction with the staff member that helped me was friendly. There were at least ten employees working in the back, so that’s a good thing for speed and efficiency.

Beware of the dead-​end parking lot. The adjacent video store and this place make for a frustrating experience if you need to park on a busy night. Park at the Walmart and walk from there.

The pizza was light, crunchy crust basted with garlic parmesan butter .A different flavor and very good. You can only get it to go.

Make sure and order the crust toppers, they don’t disappoint!

Pizza was ok but they use canned mushrooms and they forgot the crust topping on our order.

Great pizza. Great value. Large specialty and Large 2 topper for $ 22? That’s hard to beat around here. I’ve been really impressed with their pizzas. Have tried several of their specialty pizzas on both regular and thin crusts and our whole family really likes it. We’ve tried all the other ones in the area (southwest O) and this is probably our favorite pizza.
Try the garlic & Parmesan crust topper. It’s amazing.

Great pizza. Pretty bad customer service. Ordered online with a quoted delivery time of 5:45. Called at 6:00 to find out what was wrong, and was told it was on it’s way. Called again at 6:15, and was told it just came out of the oven.
Young «management» provided questionable customer service. I’m sure I’ll try it again because the food is good. Just not real confident in their ability to get the order correct.

We’ve placed our order online several times in recent months and were very pleased each time. Very tasty pizza. Love the thin crust. Salads were very generous portions for price. Cheesy bread is very yummy! We love Marcos!

I would just say … good pizza at a reasonable price. Have orderwd several times in the past month and each time the pizza was very good.
