I hate to give such an awful review but I can’t say one good thing about the time I was there. I was part of a bridal party and we had made an appointment for 10 am and there were probably 10 of us. In my head when you make an appointment you’ll all be getting your pedicures and manicures done together but that was not the case. They would take a couple here and then a couple 20 min later etc etc… I ended up getting done 45 after the previous person in the party. To start it all off, they told me to sit in a chair for my pedicure where I had to wait 20 min before someone got to me, in the middle of my pedicure the technician left to go be on her phone, came back 5 min later. Pedicure was alright… nothing great. After that they tell me to go to the nail station where I sit at least another 30 min before anyone gets to me… I asked for a full set with white nails and a silver tip. the end result was anything but. I tried to get him to fix it but after two attempts it wasn’t what I wanted and I realized it was already 1245 and I’d had enough of that place. All in all, i understand places do get busy and i have to be patient but i don’t think I should ever be stuck in a nail salon for 3 hours and that is the main reason I will not be returning.

Slightly below your average nail salon. I’m looking for a new nail place but felt I should test the waters with a basic manicure and see how they did with that. Glad I did! Their basic manicure only cost $ 15. Good deal right? The old adage«you get what you pay for» still applies. The service includes a quick nail trim and file, a 2 minute massage(lack of professional training was evident here), cuticle trimming, polish, and sitting with your fingers under one of those nail dryers. My tech didn’t speak to me the entire time except to say«move your hand.» My polish was applied in two layers but still looked a bit streaky. My main gripe was that the place isn’t all that clean. When you’re going somewhere associated with hygiene, you hope for clean and sanitary. I am glad I didn’t surrender my feet. This place makes me worried I’d get a fungus or something. If you can’t even keep your equipment and floors clean, what else is going on? The décor is pretty hideous. The chairs are a mixture of banquet and old office chairs. The wallpaper on the main wall is a very faded scene of green bamboo. Then they’ve got various hues of reds and maroons. The desks and nail stations are clunky and circa 1990. Everything is quite worn and could use a deep cleaning. Overall it could probably be worse, but they have a lot of work to do. My search for a great nail salon continues.

I had been coming here pretty consistently since my last review. However, on my last visit I was greatly disappointed and pointed out specific things I wanted fixed to the tech. She tried to fix it but I really don’t think she had the skill. My brother’s wedding was in three days, and I just didn’t have any more patience to ask her to again try and fix my nails. So I paid for my service and left, and I certainly won’t be going back. My ultimate recommendation? Take your butt across W. Center Rd. and visit Ultra Nail Bar, where you can drink some wine and get your nails done by someone who pays attention to details and has adequate skills.
