I have bought a couple different types of flooring from them and have been very happy with the product and service they have provided. My latest purchase was over 800 sq. ft of bamboo flooring. I was going to purchase the easy click together kind but the salesman informed me that I would have to put breaks in my flooring so that they won’t separate and cause gaps over time. The nail down kind was also cheaper and was very easy to install myself, but did take a little longer. Any time that I got stuck and had questions on installing it, I just gave them a call and they were very helpful in talking me through it. I will definitely buy from them again.

I agree with the other 2 reviews. Awesome custormer service when in the store… however…Chad is ridiculous. Why have a business if you don’t care to make money? Buyers beware! If you want to have flooring installed it will never happen with Chad because he doesn’t call back.

I had a great experience dealing with them 2 years ago when I had the main level of my home installed with new flooring. Now I am replacing all of the flooring on my second level. This experience has been awful. Particularly dealing with the install coordinator named Chad. I have ordered flooring and it has been sitting there at their store for almost a month. No one will return my calls (apparently Chad has to do it and he NEVER calls back) to make an appointment to install the flooring. I have also tried getting in touch with the store manager whose name is Ryan Smith and he will not return my calls either. At this point, I am trying to cancel my order but I cannot get anyone on the phone to do that either! They sure have gone downhill and I am definitely going to have another company sell me the flooring that I am having installed.

Agreed with other reveiw. Stay away! Be aware that if you reveiw them on their web site, they will not post it if you are one of their many unhappy customers. Tried three times. Floor has huge gaps. I was told to buy a humidifier. I purchased 900 sq ft andhave serious buyers remorse.
