Hot-​n-​Ready is a scam. Sure, they might have one ready to go, but when somebody just in front of me buys it, I’m told it’s another 12 – 15 until the next item is ready. I don’t mind waiting a couple of minutes, but this is a total joke. Isn’t that false advertising?
And all for a pizza that tastes like @$$ the next day. At least I said no and walked out before they swiped my card. I won’t be back…

Hit or miss like any other franchise. All depends on whos working and if the shift manager is even supervising. Minimal effort for sure. If you need pizza and you have no money go to the store and buy a frozen pizza dont waste the extra 3 $ for subpar lukewarm pizza.

I would like to see more «hot n ready» I’m came on a 15 min work break and I still have to wait for food. I only ordered cheese bread and a 5 $ lunch combo. The advertisement says don’t call ahead. Well looks like I should have called. I’m he only customer here so hey could have some things ready to go. Now I’m going to be late bam to work because hey said it will be 8 minutes. I wish I would of known that before they swipe my card!!!

Gave them another chance this weekend. Walked in and saw two people in line in front of me. No problem, I can wait a few minutes. Well, 10 minutes later, nobody was served and I left.

This place is pretty horrible. I ordered a large pepperoni and crazy bread with extra sauce. When I arrived there, they didn’t have the extra sauce I asked for on the phone. The extra sauce was about another dollar. I expected it to be warm. When I arrived home, my pizza was lukewarm. The crazy bread wasn’t crunchy at all, it was very soggy. And the sauce was cold! I was under the assumption that it’d be warm, for some CRAZY reason. All in all, bad pizza place. Not so great customer service.
