I purchased a Groupon for a massage with Shalauna Wilkins a few months ago. I called and left messages for her several times trying to schedule the appointment and never once got a call back. The Groupon specifically said to call Shalauna at her direct number. Luckily Groupon was able to refund me the money.
To this day I never received a call back from her. Extremely poor customer service. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
