This was my first experience using a moving company to pack, transport, store and unload my household items. I was very impressed with how easy they made the moving experience. Thanks to Tina in the office and all the moving, packing and unloading staff.

Expensive purses and boots from Spain & Italy were missing. I hurried home from work so team could deliver one day early and get back to Des Moines so they could avoid a hotel and the driver could celebrate her birthday. They were having an argument amongst themselves which I didn’t need to hear. I saved them a hotel and expenses and I only got reimbursed $ 300. for my multiple purses which were missing. The letter said since I signed the document that I agreed that I received everything. Next time I will make THEMWAIT overnight while I unpack everything. Is that what they want? That is a ridiculous policy. I will advise my company Against using them in the future.

Had this people handle my move and they either broke and/or scratched my furniture. United Van Lines will pay to fix the furniture, but they don’t compensate you for your time wasted dealing with them for the furniture THEY broke and/or scratched!
