Well I thought this would be a great place to live. seemed nice and in expensive. close to downtown and pretty safe community. But boy was I wrong. Day 2 of moving into a Basement unit it rained outside… and inside, well I will stick to facts. it came up threw the«wood floors» in my living room and in my bed room. I called them with no answer from any of the phone numbers given. sent an email asking to be out of my lease and about the flooding. They turned around and told me they would have the problem fixed and I wouldnt be out any money or time.(after it had already damaged my bed) so a week later they got to my bed room floor only(even though the living room was worse) asking me to clear m room and find some whwere else to put my things and not supplying a place for me to reside during this process. they claimed they fixed the issue from the outside as well. my living room still in the same smushy condition it was in. The next day the woman above me claimed her toilet over flowed … gallons of water, that came down threw my bathroom and bed room, so much that it flooded into my living room AND kitchen. in some places there was an inch of standing water. I called as soon as I came home and found it. no answer, had to send a text to a cell number I knew they got after hours. maintenance showed up with a shop vac and cleaned up visible water. that was all that was done at first, a day or so later they told me they would be in next week to clean up and get it to where i can safely live there(with soggy walls and all plus the same floor from the first flooding) I asked for them to put me some where safe to live(as this is the law) while I am waiting for this to be done so I can get on with my life. She claimed I needed to find a friends place to stay.(later the owner explained that they are not in a position to do this(assuming he means financially, and that they just dont so that…) I asked to be let out of my lease and money back beings I have not been able to safely live there(by day 3 of waiting for them to correct this, black mold had started to grow in/on the walls) they refused to give me my money back but would let me out of my lease if i was out by a certain day. I now have no where to live and no money after moving into this inhabitable space. Now having to call a lawyer to try and get what is rightfully mine by law. I recommend against renting from them as you may be stuck living in a mold infested water whole or who knows.

Truly the first apartment I’ve lived in where I want to renew the lease! Friendly staff, beautiful place, affordable, great maintenance people. Once my little boy accidentally locked himself in the bathroom, the maintenance guy were there within minutes to free him. Good people
