Four Sisters Boutique

I went to four sisters boutique this week and had never been there before. When I walked in the door, there were 3 employees and I was the only customer. No one greeted me or asked me if I needed assistance. I helped myself to a dressing room and left the store extremely disappointed in my shopping experience. The only words expressed to me were as I was leaving, one of the employees said have a nice day. I don’t plan on ever returning because my initial impression was so negative.

If you haven’t checked out Four Sisters yet, you should. It’s tucked back in Rockbrook village and is like a diamond in the rough. The staff has always welcomed me and helped me find the perfect garment I’m in search of. The thing I love about Four Sisters is the unique pieces and accessories you literally cannot get anywhere else in Omaha. Truly the owner has reached a market no other boutiques in Omaha can quite compare with. When I’m looking for a new date night outfit, dress for a bridal shower, or birthday gift for a friend Four Sisters Boutique is my go to!

I went in here last Thursday with such high expectations. From their Instagram account it looked adorable and friendly. That was not the case this last Friday. When my mom and I walked in we weren’t greeted or asked if we needed anything specific. The girls working just kept talking to each other and ignored us. I found three shirts and carried them around the store without being asked if I would like a dressing room. Finally after about 5 minuets of carrying the clothing around while trying to look through the racks one of the girls asked if I needed a dressing room.
After trying on clothes I didn’t find anything that worked so I walked out of the dressing room. The brunette didn’t ask me if anything worked nor did she say thank you for coming in. She seemed too preoccupied with Facebook to talk to me or even say thank you for coming in. I felt like the owners should know as it seems like they are trying hard to have an awesome boutique. After this experience it left a bad taste in my mouth with this place but I’m willing to try it again sometime.
