Mixed feelings. I have been taking mostly small projects into this office for a few years. I mainly have kept going there out of convenience, some of their staff are fine, a few have been indifferent or outright rude. The people working weekends are hopeless. They seem to come up with fifty reasons why they cannot do your project, then when I bring it in Monday it’s ok. My last visit was for duplication of a dozen pages in black and white– I got charged over $ 18. They now tack on a ‘file enhancement fee’ of $ 15 to all jobs no matter how small. Apparently this is Fedex corporate policy– i will NOT be going back.

Wow. Went into this location today and was «greeted» by possibly one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever met. I don’t have the time or energy to waste going TOO far into detail, but the woman refused to simply print the four pages I wanted printed on cardstock for me, instead directed me to a self-​service machine. She then was condescending because I did not know how to use that particular machine, refused to give me a refund when it printed on regular paper vs. cardstock, and would not give me her first name when I asked. Unbelievable!!!
When I told her I felt she was using a condescending tone, another man working behind the counter did not say or do anything — there was seemingly no supervisor on staff to intervene.
