Placed two small orders with this company. On second order I am getting a bunch of questions regarding our company via e-​mail with derogatory comments like «we found your company in Costa Rica in a site that tells people not to invest in U. S) (We are a Florida Corp located in Florida). In an other e-​mail I am getting «what you have to hide!» All this for a 50 dollar order of some plastic fittings. The person signing these e-​mails is Katleen Reynolds. Went to McMaster-​Carr and got my parts next day. Thank you Dultmeier for the ugly way you treat potential customers.

Worst customer service, slow, and incompetent. A small transaction of just over $ 700 made my life a living hell and they waited last minute to process a simple transaction. The person handling our account refused to speak to me over the phone, even when confused, she would email back instead of returning my calls. NOT RELIABLE at all.
