If i could i would give this location a half star. We have been there several times now and everything is terrible from the cheese curds to the blizzrds. A manager from another location should seriously step in and figure out how they cant prepare a blizzard, fry cheese curds without the cheese coming out or serve a hot cheeseburger. We were excited when this location was being built until we tried it and the food stinks. We will continue to drive to the west center location or the dairy chef in elkhorn. Unless you want a liquified blizzard or crappy burger steer clear of this dairy queen…

I had such high hopes. We ordered two kids meals and the french fry container was only half full. They are already very small servings but to fill it up only half way is very disappointing. Don’t know about other children but my two girls love the fries more than the main meal. Just feel they are being very cheap. I’ll give them another try but not a great first impression.

Went here twice for lunch and the service was hit and miss. Both times we were there the place was busy with quite a bit of people. But the staff was able to get our food out in about 6 minutes which is acceptable during a busy lunch time. But the second time we went there was a different story after we placed our order we waited for about 7 minutes then decided to go check on our order and they stated that they somehow missed our order and that it will be out shortly. After waiting about another 7 minutes our food finally arrived. We had also order Sunday’s to be delivered after out meal which never came and had to remind them again to bring them out. I hope they will address their service because it is a very new location and only Dairy Queen in Elkhorn.

This Dairy Queen is the worst that I’ve been to in Omaha. I am bummed because I live in Elkhorn so it would have been very convenient. We generally get blizzards and each time we’ve gotten blizzards they have not had the proper ingredients. The other day my daughter got a cookie dough blizzard there were two pieces of cookie dough at the bottom of her medium. I have gotten a heath blizzard on three occasions I generally get the mini ones and on two occasions there was not any heath bar and another occasion there were just a couple flex. Disappointing. Does the owner tell them to try to save money? Rip off.

One Sunday night after a weekend in Omaha I stopped by this dairy queen for a road snack. After waiting in line for 15 minutes the car just behind me left and went around me. I looked into the open window to watch everyone laughing and talking in the cooking area. A few minutes later I looked up to see the woman who took my money pull my hamburger out of the microwave and give it to me along with my onion rings. The whole hamburger was luke warm but the onion rings were good.
