Store needs an upgrade. How did it ever pass inspection! Maybe employees, less talk more cleaning.

I come every night and get a blizzard it’s by far the best ice cream I have ever had!

It’s fast food so I took that into account. The food was excellent — $ 5 lunch w/​grillburger fries drink and $ 1 upgrade from a sundae to a blizzard. No issues. Counter help was not exceptional but again — fast food. The music in the lobby is a bit loud. The trash needed emptied. The window next to my table had a cobweb and some dead flies.
With some effort in the lobby this could be a good spot for a $ 5 lunch. As is I’m not impressed except for the food.

Customer service is absolutely absent here. First, it started off with the employee on the voice box repeated our order incorrectly three times. One would think after the first two times they would get it right. Not this place. It wasnt even a complicated order to even begin with. Two kids meals and two chili dogs. Wow… really hard right, NOT! Secondly, we get to the window and there was no hello, no how are you, nothing. Just slide the window and say ’14.00 even.’ Now we sat at the window for a total of five minutes before anyone even came to the window to tell us our food would be ready soon. Okay, thanks I guess. Now mind you, this shift was completely staffed and everyone was standing around doing absolutely nothing. Then, the girl who got our order completely wrong in the the beginning comes to the window and asked if I needed sauce… ummmm no, I want my damn food! Five more minutes goes by and we finally get our food! But just to top off am already crappy experience, we don’t even get a receipt to complain. Wow… needless to say, I won’t be back. Get your selves together please.
