Update: They are trying to buy me off. If I apologize for sharing my experience they will reimburse me for the repairs I did not approve. My integrity is worth more than that. I also have been asked by many to make sure I share my experience in hopes that it won’t happen to someone else. Their standard of practice was to get my approval and they chose to step outside of that past standard and make additional repairs I had not approved and then expected me to pay for them without question. Obviously I did from my past posts. Thus far their response has been to use diversion tactics by overly exaggerating the poor condition of the car. I’m not sure what that has to do with their lack of following their own standard of practice but I can only assume they hope that it will take the focus off of the issue at hand.
