Cirino’s Billiards & Cafe

I stopped by Cirino’s for lunch on a hunt for a great burger. I had been told by a friend to stop by here that its one of the best burgers in town. He was soo right! Its a really cool pool hall with full bar and friendly staff. The burger was fabulous and i can say one of the best in town. Old school diner style with a soft white bun. Standard deli toppings and a great grind the to meat. Very tender and flavorful.
I cant wait to stop back by.

I’m about to say something I can’t ever take back: this is the best burger I have had in the city of Omaha, hands down, no question.
You probably have no idea where this place is. When you walk in, you probably think you’re in the wrong place. When you can’t get a fountain coke and have to ask for money for the vending machine to get your Diet Coke game on, you will probably be turned off by the whole thing.
This is NOT a place to order a local, grass-​fed, brioche-​bun burger with truffle fries and garlic aioli. It’s really not even worth trying to order any level of cookedness to your burger, because it all basically comes out medium-​well in my experience.
BUT YOU GET THE MOST AMAZING BURGER IN THE CITY, WITH FRIES, FOR LIKE 7 BUCKS.
I am not joking. $ 5.80 on Saturdays (or Fridays, I can’t remember) when they offer free fries with your burger purchase.
Furthermore, they have crazy good drink specials and cheap beer and they have like 5 pool tables.
I am telling you, man. The double deluxe burger, with cheese, and a side of fries, is the best thing you will put down your gullet in the way of bad-​for-​you food in the city. The fries are crinkle-​cut (my fave). When you order a double deluxe, there are two layers of cheese (one white and one yellow/​orange), and there is mayo on the very bottom of the sandwich. I have to order it bunless, obviously, but I’ve deconstructed one with a bun before to find out why it’s so good.
It is greasy. It is hard to take a bite of because it is so big once you get all the toppings on there. It is 12 oz of big beefy goodness. And it makes me happier than a dog with a tennis ball.
Also the people are SUPER nice.

This Place was not even on Unilocal!I live just up the block. Pool, beer, and burgers. Play, eat and drink. What more can you ask for
