100% of the time they mess up my order somehow. No other fast food place gets it wrong like this. And not just this location. Every bk experience for me is like this. Which is why I cave to my family only once a year or less. The burger was barely worth finishing. For whatever reason I love their onion rings and that is the only reason I endure the frustration occasionally.

We experienced a 15 minute wait despite an empty dining room and the food, once received, was not worth the wait. Get this, the burger itself was warm to the touch but the bun was cold and hard. Not hard because it was old, but hard because it was cold. I am not sure if they steam the buns like McDonald’s but perhaps they should.

Painfully slow. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry. I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through and they still had not taken my order.

Been through the drive through 1.5 times. First time they told me my burger was going to be a 5 minute wait (nobody else in the drive through). Ok, whatever so I waited and got my burger.
Went there again last week (its been probably 2 years) and nobody was in the drive through and it was about 12:45pm or so. Again, they told me my burger was going to be a 5 minute wait. So I left.
I also think the new «healthy fries» are disgusting. You pretty much know what to expect with fast food and a «healthy fry» is a joke.

Meh, it’s O-​K. Breakfast egg and cheese sandwich was extremely too hot, tater tots were too cold but the orange juice was just right.
The employees were really nice, and they had an employee outside cleaning the parking lot. Looked good.
