Buchanan’s BP Service Center

Not impressed. Paid for a car wash here after getting $ 45.00 worth of gas. Nearly the entire back window and hatchback of my vehicle were untouched and still quite dirty after the wash was over. I understand that things happen sometimes, so I very politely went inside and asked the clerk for a refund of my $ 6.00 so I could just grab a wash someplace else. She looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language, then called to the back for a manager.
A man dressed in mechanic attire came out. I explained that my vehicle was not clean and I showed him all of the dirt left behind. This man actually stated «That happens sometimes, but the rest of it looks ok», and offered me no refund. I told the man that I did not pay for a wash so that I could then go home and re-​wash my vehicle. He gave me a dirty look and reluctantly had the cashier give me back my $ 6.00. The mechanic acted like I knew nothing, and treated my $ 6.00 like it was his own life savings, as if I should be ok with paying for a terrible service.
I have been to other Bucky’s stations, and they are much better, but I will not go back to this location. This was not my issue, but one they may want to address: For being in such a prime location it is surprising that they have the smallest and most outdated inside of any gas station I have been to in years. No selection whatsoever.

Reliable, honest repair shop. Have used them since the late 80’s at both the 50^th Street and 79^th Street locations.
Lose one star for having only E10 gasoline.

Great service! Car was looked at within an hour or two of dropping off (with no appointment) and fixed in less 20 hours! Definitely having all car repairs done at Buchanan’s in the future.

Nice little gas station/​service center tucked off of Dodge. While I’ve never had my car worked on here, I’d assume they are just a fast and professional as their sister location at 50^th and Dodge.
The best part of this gas station is its convenient location. You can get in, gas up, spin through the car wash and be zooming down Dodge again in a matter of minutes.

Love this place! I’ve been taking my car to Buchanan’s for service and repairs for several years and this is the only place I would take it. They have actually talked me out of repairs that they said were unnecessary (with the age of my car). They vacuum my car for me and are always so friendly.

This Buchanan’s is the BEST! They’re very fast and efficient. They don’t try to oversell you. And you can’t beat their prices! We’ve been going here for years, love it.

One of the only few stations that still check your fluids, vacuum out your car and full the tank while you wait service. All around great has station with friendly service! I’ve had my car repaired here twice and both times I experienced awesome service with no worries if they were going to screw me on labor. They are super honest about the work being done on your vehicle. I would use them more of I lived closed to this location.

The modern day cavalry coming to my rescue. My car had a major oil leak (punctured oil pan after running over something on the highway) at 10 at night on a weekend. Yet this place was still open with a mechanic on duty! They were friendly, professional and sympathetic to my predicament since I am from out-​of-​town just driving through Omaha. They looked at my car that night, ordered the part and gave me a ride to a nearby hotel. They even had loaner vehicles if needed. The next morning, they were able to install the new part, showed me the damage, cleaned the car, and completed an invoice for my insurance company. My car sounds better than ever and driving like a dream. THANK YOU so much to all the staff at Buchanan’s (BP) on Dodge. If I lived in Omaha, I would bring my car here.
