Great selection of beer and the food is amazing. One of my favorite places to go! The buffalo chachos impress every time we go with any one new. Their honey mustard is the best in town — try with pretzel bites or chicken strips. The pub peanuts are okay if you like spices — tasted like chili spices. Burgers are amazing too. Running out of adjectives here! Just try it!

Solid 4.25! TL;DR — $ 48 for a lot of good food. Highly recommend. J and I ate here during our whirling driving tour of the Midwest. We stayed one night in Omaha and had to eat dinner. This was within walking distance to our hotel and we’re not incredibly creative people so, there ya go– dinner choice. We went in on a Monday around 4:30 and it was us, another dude, and our waitress. Just the way we like it. Service was great– she(sorry no name, I’m the worst– cool piercing and ink and friendly) could have been a pain since she didn’t have much else in the way of tables to attend to but she wasn’t. She was perfectly attentive but unobtrusive, and she looked like a hard worker keeping busy. I like that. Got two bottled root beers($ 3/each) and water had been immediately offered up by aforementioned cool server because I think we looked hot and parched(And I’m sure they give water to everyone). We got two apps(snacks) because it was happy hour– soft pretzel bites and chicharron. The pretzels were standard but the mustard was awesome and the chicharron were actually pork rinds but they were fun and the portion was ample. For dinner I got the chicken and waffles and J got the fish and chips. The chicken and waffles was fantastic– The chicken is a huge portion of perfectly breaded, crispy but tender strips that were piping hot and perfect. The waffle was inventive– the cornbread jalapeño was fun and the Orange butter was already melted but I could definitely taste it. I just wish they gave a bigger portion of syrup! J‘s fish and chips was good. He had no complaints. The fries were a good portion and well executed. Personally, I thought the fish was a bit fishy and greasy BUT it was still damn tasty and I gladly swapped a chicken tender for a piece of fish. For dessert we got the s‘more brulee thing. It was just meh. When will we ever learn to just get dessert elsewhere. It wasn’t bad by any means and I practically licked the dish but it wasn’t WOW. All in all 2 bottled non alcohol drinks, 2 apps, 2 entrees and one dessert, before tip– $ 48 and change. Not bad for stuffed bellies and leftovers.

Centrally located, easy meter parking, happy hour specials are great. The bar staff let me sample the local beers before deciding on Lucky Bucket Per– Prohibition Lager… happy = $ 1off… I’ll take it! Slider and house cut salt & vinegar chips are the perfect compliment to the lager.

Good atmosphere, good beer selection, food was very average. Burger was not good. Limited menu was disappointing. Current Unilocal rating is not accurate. 3 – 3 ½ stars max.

Always a fun place to go especially before a Clink event. The food was good… whereas the service not so much. It was packed with patrons and not enough servers or bar areas. I would think that they could develop a better way to handle the masses on event days.

We came here with a friend to catch up over drinks and dinner. As we ordered drinks, our server asked us if we wanted to start with some pretzel bites. They sounded good, so we said yes! Well, we never got those pretzel bites. She came back because she somehow lost the piece of paper with our drink orders from the walk from our table to the bar area. The food menu we had was nothing like what is online. It was very small and limited, which was a disappointment. We all ended up ordering the burger. Mine was too well done. It was blackened and crispy with no flavor besides the fact that it was burned. We were done eating and hadn’t seen our waitress in a long time so we sat for a good 15 – 20 minutes waiting for her to come back. We waited so long that another waitress asked us if ours had been by lately and we had to tell her no, and that we were ready to pay and leave. Eventually, my boyfriend went up towards the bar to try to pay our bill because she still hadn’t come back to our table. She was one of the worst severs I’ve ever had, but she had no problem flirting with the guys at the table next to ours. Did I mention we never got the pretzel bites?

The food is decent– and the space has nice light and the service is pretty good but the acoustics are horrible! It’s a challenge to hear your friends across the table. This can make it hard to enjoy the meal. Beware. Pretzel bites: good /limited menu due to event in the area: bad. Would not recommend the Vegan Currywurst — the lady did not approve. Also when charging 11.50 for a burger a 1.50 up-charge for cheese is bogus.

Awesome service and delicious food! I’m a vegetarian and a beer lover so to find a restaurant with both was exciting! Our waiter was knowledgeable, friendly & attentive. The vegetarian options were well crafted, not just side items, and creative. When visiting Omaha again this will be the 1st place I go!

There was a wedding party there when I went, so I turned around to leave when the host told me he could seat me in a different part of the restaurant, which I didn’t even realize there was. But was very nice of him. I got the Char-Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and it was really sweet and savory in a really ideal way. It wasn’t authentic Indian food, and the flavors were subdued in comparison, I mean I didnt have to hang my sweater outside for a couple days to air out the curry scent, but it’s prefect for what it is. And the fries they use are killer.

Big beer menu. Like the atmosphere. Food is okay. Had the pretzel bites which were good and the falafel sliders which wee just ok — a little dry. Also tried the pickled veggie slaw which could have used some seasoning. Overall I would come here to drink and get apps — probably not a dinner destination.

This place is pretty awesome. It’s right next to the stadium, and has a large beer selection. I did not have the chance to eat there, having just eaten lunch. They do take your ID for a Moscow Mules since apparently they have thieves for patrons !! The copper cups are apparently in demand. They have great HH specials. My margarita was 4.5 ?!? Yes for real, I’m not forgetting the price. this place is across from the stadium and definitely has an awesome vibe to it. When I come to this place next time I am in town

I’m a fan of this place! The gingerbread cider was an interesting twist on cider, I’m a fan. The pretzel bites were warm and soft and the sauces were tasty. The mustard sauce had a little kick and the Gouda sauce was really creamy. Put them together and you get a solid combination. The brat was good, but probably my least favorite part of the meal. I did the beer braised not the jalapeño, and just found it lacked much flavor. I would love to check this place out when they have their chicken and waffles. The service was great and I really liked the environment. I liked the natural elements and all the light. The one other negative is the limited menu. There are only about 5 things to choose from as far as meals for their«event menu.» But if you’re indecisive your job just got way easier!

This place has a lot more character than the west Omaha location. But, there isn’t really anything that can have much character in a strip mall in West Omaha. I love stepping out the doors at this location and staring at the beautiful TD Ameritrade stadium. It was cold and dark when I was here, but it appears they have a very large outdoor dining area/beer garden. On this visit, I ordered the Dixie fried chicken sandwich and it was delicious. It was huge, and I didn’t plan on eating it all, but it was so good my plate ended up empty. The potato salad was also a must. It was creamy rather than chunky and had wonderful dill flavor. Service was helpful and attentive. I can imagine this is quite the popular spot during baseball season. Worth a visit if you are in the area!

I have my new favorite place for some fish and chips. I have only stopped in for a lunch and cant wait to come back in the evening for a nice draft as well! I notice they have fresh squeezed on tap. The service has been excellent and prompt. The fish is hands down the best Omaha has to offer. the breading is perfectly light and crispy at the same time. with a tender clean tasting filet. Also has some rosemary flavors in the oil/breading and the aioli was pretty good but had the missing garlic to it ?? not really aioli without that. The fries are great hand cut but have been coldish. Would love some hot fresh ones next time. Overall I have a new fav!

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed Blatt yet! I dig the fact that their name pays homage to Rosenblatt Stadium. It brings a little bit of classic Omaha to North Downtown and the area directly surrounding the new stadium. I also think their beer selection and food menu are both pretty dang good. It’s a gastropub done right — from decadent burgers to chicken and waffles to pretzel balls to plenty of vegan options, not to mention over 20 beers on tap plus as many bottle-beer options. The open layout and modern atmosphere is spacious and inviting(it can seem a bit dark during the day). They also have an open air top floor that’s filled to the brim during the College World Series and is also a great spot for other events like concerts to yoga classes. I’ve always had a good time here, whether it’s a solo lunch or with friends.

Really enjoy this Blatt location. Close enough to head downtown after watching a Thursday Night Football Game but expansive enough food and drink menu that you could just stay put. Since my first few visits they have added additional items to the menu which is great and definitely lends some variety for multiple visits. The mac and cheese is still top ten as far as bars offering food for me and the fries never get passed up. Great way to explore some beers and check out the beer garden if you can, especially during a public event.

We had relatives in from out of town and brought them here. We all thought it was really good! We had the salt and vinegar chips(house made) served with a smoky ketchup(also house made) and chiccarones for appetizers; delicious! Good entrée selections here as well. My wife had the fish sliders and said they were good. Others had the burgers which everyone finished. My son had the chicken fingers which were a bit too spicy for his taste. He did love the fries though. I had the sausage on a stick entrée. I substituted the fries for the potato salad(I’m not a big mayo fan). The waiter brought my meal out and forgot I asked for fries. We had a good sized party(9) so it was a bit hectic at the table. All in all, it was a good meal!

Really nice sports bar across from the College World Series stadium! Also close to Film Streams and the Slowdown! I dig the modern feel and layout, really open and high ceilings! Really cool full bar with tons of regional craft beers on tab. They had a limited menu the night we were there, but one of the menu items was a Vegan Brat with sauerkraut on a pretzel bun! Since it was the only thing Vegan on the menu I went with that, but it must have been a good idea since my other two friend at the table did the same! Usually I would not be a sauerkraut kinda guy, but it was absolutely a delicious combo on this brat! It also came with a hefty portion of fries. Did I get to the best part it was cheap, under 10 bucks and I felt full and ready to rock! Blatt Beer and Table also has upstairs patio seating, lots of tv’s for sports watching, nice bathroom, and the wait staff was great! I really really dig this place! I will hopefully back next time I venture over for a show or a game!

We were looking for a restaurant close to our hotel that we could easily walk to. Luckily, Unilocal pointed us in the right direction to this well rated restaurant. We took a short seven minute walk with our daughter in her stroller. Upon arrival, we were directed by the bartender to sit where ever we wanted. Since we had our daughter’s stroller, we chose a table where we could put it out of the way easily. We sat for a while before the bartender brought us menus. He informed us who would be our waiter. Our actual waiter eventually came and apologized for the wait and took our drink orders. We ordered the following: — Buttery Noodles for our daughter — Beer Cheese Soup & Grilled Mix Sausage on a Stick — Chicken & Waffles Our daughter ate only a few of the noodles and preferred our meals instead. My husband enjoyed his soup and sausage dish. He even liked the braised kraut and he normally doesn’t. I loved my Chicken & Waffles. The chicken had a nicely spiced batter and the cornbread waffles were yummy! There was a bit of confusion on our bill that we got straightened out. Food: Five Stars Service: Three Stars
